Mi experiencia en Grand Polanco Residencial fue completamente inaceptable y preocupante.
Durante nuestra última estancia, el oficial de la entrada nos solicitó el número de nuestra tarjeta, algo que ya de por sí es irregular. Ese mismo día, casualmente, se realizó un cargo no autorizado por aproximadamente $30,000 pesos y se intentaron hacer más movimientos. Esto levanta serias dudas sobre la seguridad del lugar y el manejo de datos de los huéspedes.
Una semana después, regresamos con una reserva válida hecha a través de Booking, y aun así se nos negó el acceso. Nos dejaron afuera del edificio, de noche y bajo la lluvia, sin ninguna intención de ayudarnos o permitirnos resolver la situación dentro del establecimiento.
El trato fue completamente indiferente y poco profesional, cerrándonos la puerta en la cara. Nadie dio la cara ni ofreció una solución. En particular, la atención por parte de la gerente de marketing, fue decepcionante: se limitó a deslindarse sin asumir responsabilidad ni brindar apoyo alguno, diciendo que lo iba a escalar.
Además, es prácticamente imposible comunicarse con ellos: no contestan teléfonos ni dan seguimiento a los problemas.
Es un lugar que no solo falla en servicio al cliente, sino que también genera desconfianza en temas de seguridad. Definitivamente no lo recomendaría.

Very poor service and completely unacceptable management standards.

I was left outside the hotel in the middle of the rain despite having a confirmed reservation through Booking.com. No solution was offered, no accountability taken—just complete indifference from the staff.

To make matters worse, there is a serious concern regarding the handling of personal and financial information. My credit card details ended up in the hands of security personnel, and a fraudulent charge of approximately $1,800 USD was made. I immediately contacted management, and their response was essentially nonexistent. No urgency, no follow-up, no responsibility.

The front desk staff seemed completely untrained and unaware of how to handle even the most basic situations. This place is clearly being run by unqualified and unprofessional individuals.

I had previously recommended this hotel, but after being treated this way—left out in the rain with a valid reservation and facing a potential fraud situation—I will never return.

Avoid this place at all costs.

The sofa! We could not sit in it as it was so uncomfortable. We instead had to sit at the dining table or go to bed.

The photos are not real and the service is quite poor—the experience was disappointing. We arrived at 10:00 p.m. and there was no reception, only a security guard who forced us to sign a 10-page sublease contract for the room. We explained that since we booked through Booking, a sublease does not apply and that Booking’s terms prevail. They told us that if we wanted the key, we had to sign—almost like blackmail. On the other hand, the shower is at least 30 years old and doesn’t work properly.

We didn’t have hot water the first night but quickly fixed.

It was all great.

The bathroom was compact but still quite functional, so this wasn’t a real issue.

El trato del personal de recepción y que me engañaran con la retencion de la garantía en mi tarjeta de crédito. Me dijeron que en 24 horas después del check out liberarían la retencion. Llevo más de una semana y aún sigue retencion ida la cantidad. Una vergüenza.

Te retienen un dinero en la tarjeta al llegar. En el check out te dicen que lo desbloquean inmediatamente o en 24 horas. Llevo esperando 4 días.

Las toallas del baño y la ropa de cama estaban sucias
