Pros:

Room was clean and spacious. We were staying for a concert so it was a close drive to the venue.

Cons:

The set up to get to the hotel is a Little odd. Escalator to the second from, then walk a few halls, then elevator to your floor. Also found it weird that they offer free play to check out early. If someone it paying say $150 for one night, why are you trying to rush them out?

Also, there’s no sound proofing whatsoever. We could hear the people walking above us, as well as in the room next to us.

Casino hotel I wouldn't recommend
Pros:

Location, bed was very comfortable and room had a fridge.

Cons:

Only 1 microwave for an entire floor, breakfast was not good, we went at 7:15am and the juice was not refilled, the eggs were rubber and my husband and I both had upset stomachs within 20-30 minutes. Staff was not friendly, sleeping at the desk rather than greeting guests...for the price I thought it would be more of a luxury stay, but I would rate this a 2 star hotel and will stay at a different hotel the next time I stay overnight in Batavia.

Pros:

Loved my stay. Free breakfast,and slot play. If you purchased a meal you recieved free slot place. My guest won free concert tickets and hotel stay. Hope to go again next year.
