Pros:

This hotel is nice enough and the bed was comfortable. The room was on the front facing a busy street-noisy. I was assured that I had a room "on this floor" but I had to climb many steps to get to it. Breakfast was down two levels which I could not manage. My pet was accommodated but I did pay extra - which was fine.

Ubicación buena, pero junto a una avenida transitada por cuanto se escuchan bocinas. Falta de mantenimiento en las instalaciones, una cajonera se fue al piso, la colcha vieja.

There was no hot water in the room and noisy at night because very busy street next to the hotel.Room was clean and service ok.Restaurant next to the hotel not very good.Good thing supermarket was almost across the street from the hotel.

Pros:

La verdad no es un buen hotel. La relación precio/calidad no amerita. Las camas pequeñas almohadas incómodas. La señal WIFI NUNCA valió. El hotel tiene 3 pisos y no hay ascensor siendo Cuenca una ciudad de altura, no es amigable para personas mayores o con discapacidad. El desayuno más que básico. Le pongo 4/10 al hotel. No volvería.

Property was in disrepair and falling apart. Mole on the walls, electricity cables hanging out, furniture was damaged, garbage outside looked like it had been there for days, exercise room was flooded, wood room flooring warped and missing. Restaurant on property closed and tables and chairs out in the hallway. Expedia should remove this property from its listings.

Worst hotel. The room is completely dirty and moisture with no air conditioning or heat. No elevator, Dirty blankets and bathrooms. Food has no taste, had to reserved another room from a different hotel; despite that, the hotel manager refuse to give my money back for the no day stay in the dirty hotel.

The hotel was nice the room was big and clean. I went with my friend she was coming from California she loves cuenca it was her first time . The only thing that was not too good. When we took breakfast it was a couple kind of breads and we asked what kind is each bread and the person who was helping he took with his hands each bread. No gloves and he was cleaning the tables just few minutes before. That surprise my friend and me too. After that everything was good nice and new hotel

Incredible stay!
Pros:

The hotel was amazing! Just a beautiful stay. I stayed with my fiancé in the delux suite and it was so worth it! Jacuzzi was incredible! Service was excellent. Didn't really like the breakfast offered but everyone's option is different on that! Overall 5 star stay in Cuenca Ecuador
