Pros:

You will see every day, 24 hours, that there is security at the reception.

Cons:

Tragic. One of the worst stays we have ever booked. We booked 2 Superior and 1 Standard. He gave us all 3 rooms as Standard. We were explaining to the Manager that he had made a mistake changing our room and he kept telling us “tomorrow” (we spent all the days in the Standard). He was making fun of us to our faces. And on the first day when we showed him that he had a superior to put us in, he got angry and was laughing. It was the worst behavior I have ever seen in my life. We stayed 5 days and they NEVER came to clean! We asked for them to clean and they were telling us Monday, and now I am writing this comment on the fifth day after we left and they still will come — THEY NEVER CAME. The rooms are very narrow compared to the photos. From the glass, only the small one barely opens. (If you have claustrophobia I do not recommend it). Also, it does not have good soundproofing. Other than that, in terms of security it is very good. From this stay I am very disappointed!

Pros:

Localização, comodidades e espaço. Realmente, é um apartamento bem equipado, com muito espaço e bem distribuído. A cozinha é muito funcional, com máquina de lavar roupas.

Cons:

Não tem janelas, apenas espaços de ventilação. O espaço precisa de uma manutenção quanto à pintura. Além disso, a chave que nos deram em nenhum momento funcionou para abrir a academia.

Ok plek voor 2-3 nachten maar niet voor een langer verblijf
Pros:

De kamers zijn ruim en het is een leuke buurt met veel restaurantjes en lunchgelegenheden.

Cons:

Er is geen enkele schoonmaak, hoeft voor mij niet iedere dag maar als je er een week verblijft zou er wel eens een keer schoongemaakt mogen worden en nieuwe handdoeken aangeboden mogen worden. Er is best wat geluid van de gangen, de deuren naar de kamers zijn van slecht materiaal en niet geluidwerend. Als ze dan ook nog honden toelaten die blaffen is dat niet fijn. De rolgordijnen in de kamers zijn niet geheel sluitend. Hierdoor kun je bij de buren naar binnen kijken, privacy is daardoor een issue.

Pros:

Los departamentos son muy cómodos y están muy bien equipados con heladera, cocina electrica, microondas. Muy practico. La ubicación es genial, cerca de una de las zonas tanto turísticas como laborales. Pegado al parque y cerca de los principales museos. Alejandro en la recepción muy atento en todo momento.

Cons:

No tiene servicio de desayuno. Al momento de mi estadía había una obra en construcción pegada al edificio que comenzaba a hacer mucho ruido desde muy temprano.

Besides I went for work, It´s great for anyone who travels with family.
Pros:

Besides the breakfast is poor, You can buy thinks nearby to prepare your own breakfast at the room.It is very complete and full of appliances. The location is great.

Cons:

From the Hotel itself not having a nice place to have breakfast is a problem. But in the corner You have a great place to have an excellent and quick breakfast!

El horario de check in, a nosotros nos entregaron el cuarto a las 4 que llegamos, pero notamos q habia gente esperando la entrega de habitación, cuando ya pasaba del horario de check in. Creo q para esa hr ya deberían poder entregar todas las habitaciones sin retraso
