Al momento del check inn me piden forma de pago, siendo que la app de expedia solicita tarjeta al momento de reservar. El baño muestra mobiliario frágil o con pobre mantenimiento (llaves de regadera flojas que no puedes girar). El comedor es pequeño, larga espera por mesa.

Les hace falta más capacitación al joven que nos atendió en la recepción.
Tratar de buscar la reservación con el número que arroja la aplicación, no solo con el nombre porque si el nombre es de otra persona hasta ahí se queda y no te dan solución.
