Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, habitación muy limpia con una decoración cuidada, baño limpio con articulos de baño y secador, cama comoda. Muy agradable. Tiene nevera. Se puede aparcar en un parking cercano. En la misma calle hay restaurantes. Muy recomendable.

Cons:

I was assigned a room on the 5th floor - the top floor in this building. When I checked in, I tried to
access the WiFi service. Although there is a network present, and one connected to, the signal is so
weak on the 5th floor, that even basic services are marginally available. Anything that required even a small
amount of bandwidth, did not work. I tried this with three different devices - Apple, Android, and WIndows 11 PC.

I took one of the devices and went done to the 4th floor and then the third floor, As I suspected, the signal strength
was stronger and basic services did work.

I went back to the check-in desk and asked for as room on s lower floor. The manager rebooted the router
and told me to try again. I explained to her that I did not think that would have any effect. It was a signal strength issue,
not a router issue. Note that it appeared as if the router was on the 0th floor, six floors below my room.

I went back up to the 5th floor up and checked again. There was no difference.

I went back done to the check in desk. At this point there was a line of 6 people checking in. She made me wait.
I asked for a room on another floor. She responded, without a word, by getting into the elevator and leaving me at the
check in desk. When she came back she waived her cell phone at me and said it did work. I asked her what services
she had tried, but she did not respond.

I asked her for a room on another floor. She refused. At this point I asked her to cancel the reservation. She refused that
as well. I had to go and book another hotel room.

I would also note that this woman (Maria ? ) , who said she was the manager, was rude in almost 100% of our interactioons.
