Très bon emplacement en plein centre.

Pas de hall d'entrée, juste un comptoir dans un couloir.
Sobre todo la ubicación , la habitación era muy cómoda
central, à côté à pied de la catedrale; Personnel trés gentil et disponible si on a un peu de patiente car Ils s 'occupent aussi du bar restaurant. Il y a un ascenseur et frigo dans les chambres.
l' escalier à l arrivé est exigu et on doit passer entre les caisses de livraison pour le bar

Son varios los temas que han provocado que mi estancia haya sido lamentable. En primer lugar por publicidad engañosa, la información visual del anuncio incluye fotos de un pequeño office que hizo que me decidiera por esta opción no siendo la mejor de las que valoraba. Mi sorpresa fue que la habitación que me dieron no la incluía. Necisitaba esta pequeña cocina para hacer el desayuno.
Tambien se me confirmó que tendría una cama grande como elegí y no dos camas como tenía la habitación asignada.
Ante estos inconvenientes bajé a hablar con la persona que me había hecho el checking y esto fue lo peor que al comunicarle los inconvenientes su trato fue muy agresivo, llegando a ser hostil. Gritando y culpándome no sé aún de que, porque educadamente le comenté los inconvenientes señalados.
Ya en el checkin esta persona dio muestras de mala educación contestando muy mal a las preguntas que le hice como el acceso al parking cercano.
Adjunto fotografía de las vistas de las dos ventanas que tenía la habitación que daban a dos pequeñísimos patios interiores muy sucios completamente llenos de cacas secas de palomas, con el riesgo para la salud que ello supone. Adjunto fotografías.

Manque de calme le matin. Pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner sur place mais la Boveda à 3 minutes à pied est excellente !
