Room a bit small
The views, the cleanliness, the beds were comfy.
The smell of the apartment, that the balcony door was left open so we came in to flies and bugs and the tv remote wasn’t charged so we couldn’t use it for a bit.
The location was fabulous, gorgeous view of the city and the river. Short walk to the supermarket and Southbank. It was so close to a ferry terminal and easy to access from the south. We stayed while our son was in the Children’s hospital and it was about a 5 minute walk door to door. Staff were able to accommodate us staying in a room with no carpet which was great for a child with a serious dust mite allergy.
Bare minimum furnishing, no lamps in any rooms so overhead glaring light or nothing, the bathroom exhaust was permanently on and loud. No PowerPoints by any of the beds, they were on the opposite side of the room. The kitchen was minimally stocked, the apartment sleeps 4 people and there was enough for two adults to have one coffee on the first day. It’s not a big deal but we were being charged quite a lot per night for a basic set up.
On the day we were leaving we had a flat battery in the parking garage and in the whole time we were there the person at reception didn’t offer any assistance in calling anyone or anything. My partner had to leave for the airport so I was alone with both small kids (one great out of hospital) and ended up in a very stressful situation. Thankfully hours later some of the residents were able to offer assistance.
Connections and convenience to inner city, close to public transport and pubs and riverstage.
Main bed was so comfy, studio was tidy, neat and clean.
Could do with an extra blanket.

Outdated. Disrepair, carpets and furniture looked unclean. Paint flaking from bathroom ceiling , bathroom door didn’t closed. Stayed in similar apartment in 2025 which was far superior in cleanliness, furniture and decor. Was very disappointed I paid same price for this 2nd rate unit. Even found a pair of underwear or clothing on top of cupboard in kitchen. Booked and charged for 2 carparks only receive one. Called afterhours managers about all these issues and was told no other units available with no solution provided or any offers of monetary recompense. Still
