Our stay was pleasant.

We would stay here again no dramas!
Pros:

Loved the view, position and security. Perfect for walking everywhere.

Cons:

For us oldies there were a few hazards!
The trip hazard up into the bathroom.
The wooden bed base edges were a killer as we kept walking into them.
The microwave cupboard had a deadly corner I kept knocking my head on.
The step up and in shower was tricky.
Trivial things but worth pointing out to you. Constructive criticism only

The stay was ok. The apartment felt like it was stripped back to the point where it lacked comfort.
Pros:

View from the apartment was fantastic and the location was great.

Cons:

The bathroom did not feel good. Shower over bath did not feel safe. The actual bath felt thin under foot and the Rust on the bottom of the bath plug hole made it feel dirty. The panel in the ceiling over the top of the bath was unsightly.

Perfect location and fantastic views
Pros:

Fantastic view and great unit. We got to use the tennis court and pool. Very close to Southbank and an easy walk to the city.

Great location but room and facilities are sub-par
Pros:

Location is amazing, close to ferry train shops city etc. The view over the river and city is amazing even from the 3rd floor! The unit was spacious with 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, washer dryer and kitchen facilities.
The pools was clean and good size.

Cons:

The room standard was definitely 3star possibly even 2.5star. The carpet has unwoven holes, walls and doors are very marked with lots of paint damage. The bathrooms are very dated and in poor condition with moulded grout and water damage, with very little bench space to put any toiletries. The exterior doors didn't lock properly, and most windows/doors didn't have screens so couldn't leave them open at all due to child safety or flying bugs etc. So the musty smells were hard to get rid of.
Also no safe for valuables and with dodgy exterior doors it was a little worrying leaving personal belongings there while out.
There is no direct access from any car parks to lifts, with many many sets of stairs to all entries if you dont walk around the whole building to use a ramp to get inside to the foyer. u have No rubbishchute so have to take all rubbish downstairs to big stinky bins.
The pool was good but with very little shade it's short lived to avoid too much sun and the dark brown wooden decking & loungers do get very hot.

Très bon séjour au River plaza
Pros:

La vue depuis l’appartement est incroyable ! Très bien situé à seulement 10min à pieds des piscines de South Banks. L’appartement a été rénové récemment. Très moderne et pratique pour une famille de 6.

Cons:

La télécommande de la TV était cassée. Impossible de faire fonctionner le wifi. Ça aurait mérité quelques explications supplémentaires sur les feuilles du check in.
