The whole apartment was awful. The bathroom ceiling fan was loud and couldn't be turned off and the taps dripped constantly.
I'm giving this low score as I was so disappointed in the room we were allocated on this occasion. I have stayed before in the same one bedroom apartment room type and the difference between both rooms was astounding. Although clean and quite recently renovated, the furnishings and floor coverings were the cheapest and most uncomfortable I have ever seen or experienced. Bare, cold floors (not even a door mat to wipe your feet on), no rugs, no coffee table, no soft furnishings whatsoever. It echoed with emptiness. The most unwelcoming room ever. I chose it because on my last visit we had a different room on the same sixth floor. By contrast it was very warm, welcoming and comfortable. The views are what sells this place, but please ask the private owners of this room to put in some effort for their guest's comfort. We will make sure we never get this room again.

Basic unit in great location for the Mater Hospital
Pros:

Great location if visiting someone at the Mater Hospital. Close to places to eat and basic groceries. The room had a great view of the river city from the maritime museum at Southbank, main city and storey bridge.

Cons:

The room was quite small. Ok for what I needed, but I wouldn’t want to do more than one night there.
