Pros:

It's a good property and clean. They do need to focus more on maintenance like the in room safe wasn't working and during a previous stay the fridge wasn't working. This time the room didn't have a fridge at all which is not suitable for such a hot city.

The staff are very good and helpful. The food is also very good. But the rooms are a bit run-down specially the bathroom.

All about stay in Oxina Lygon, Trichy
Pros:

For the price that we pay, the room size is less. Looks like they have renovated an old hotel. The renovation work in some places in bathrooms etc is not perfectly done. The bed was super comfortable. Staffs were welcoming and courteous.

Not worth the money. The restaurant was ok, except for breakfast, which was terrible. The rooms were small. The staff were generally rude, uncaring and displayed indifference for customers. Do not stay at this place.

Modern, Western-Style Budget Hotel
Pros:

This hotel really went all out to provide clean, comfortable, European style amenities at a reasonable price.

The bedroom and bathroom were both spotless and modern. Food from the restaurant was good too. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with their information and tips. I'd definitely stay here again.

Wi-fi was intermittent and not particularly strong, but no worse than most places in Tamil Nadu.

Dirty hotel, disrespectful and unhelpful staff
Pros:

I was so disappointed with the staff and service at this hotel. My bedsheets had blood on them. I informed the front desk staff and the housekeeping manager and they acknowledged their mistake and changed the bedsheets. They stated that I would be compensated. The next day the front desk staff refused to acknowledge the disgusting issue and kept insisting on charging me for the collaterals. I reminded him that I was the same person from the night before with the issue of dirty sheets with blood on them! Finally the manager came in and after much back and forth offered me a minute discount on my dinner bill.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

Service is very good. Comfortable stay with family. Clean rooms. Front desk is very helpful in addressing your queries (transportation, local recommendations etc.)

Need more time to get it right.
Pros:

It's a new hotel and has a few things to fix before getting a better review.
There is no place to set you shampoo and conditioner in the shower for example.
The beds are small and the cushions uncomfortable.
