残念な宿泊
Pros:

駅に近い

Cons:

料金が高い　朝食は？と聞かれて必要と言ったら一階のスタバの1.200円のチケットでしたスタバのチケットと説明がなれなかった又チケットではお釣り貰えない。

清潔感バッチリのホテルメッツ横浜鶴見ですよ～

鶴見駅に近いこと。清潔で気持ち良いことです。一階スターバックスで朝食をとってからチェックアウトできるのもよい

3. The reception staff are not as warm and welcoming as other hotels we've stayed in while in Japan. On the other hand, the reception staff were courteous and professional.
