Pros:

We booked a room with a mountain view, and we weren't disappointed. The room was very spacious and functional, featuring a small balcony. Coffee, tea, and water were provided in the room. The reception staff were very helpful—especially one young man whose name we didn't catch.

It was a pleasant stay. With the peice that we paid gor two nights stay, it is worth the stay.
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and the staff are all nice. All the rooms that we had were all have the mountain views. It is more than worth the price. It is near Moana and Sapa Station for Fansipan. I will book the same hotel in we happen to get back in the future.

Vista mozzafiato e posizione strategica
Pros:

La vista sulle risaie è meravigliosa, letto matrimoniale vero (unico materasso, non due singoli uniti). Il ragazzo della reception super disponibile, ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli dalla mattina presto 😊 inoltre, la posizione è strategica per i tour e lontana dai rumori della piazza principale

Cons:

Nota dolente la doccia: seppur spaziosa, purtroppo non chiudeva bene quindi il bagno risultava sempre un po’ allagato. Ma nulla di che!

It was fine the value for money was good but the downside is that the bed is not soft
Pros:

The property is good in terms of location but the view is not that good. The king size bed is not soft my back aches after a night stay. Though the staff is very accommodating and he give us bottled water after we check out

Cons:

I don't like that the elevator is one floor ahead. After a long walk in the center we just want to rest but instead we need to go upstairs just to ride the elevator

Está todo muy viejo, hay olor a humedad en todos lados! Falta mantenimiento.
El desayuno es TRISTÍSIMO, para eso no sirvas nada mejor!
