Great location and lovely staff!
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, and the view from the room was amazing! Room was clean and comfy, and the bathroom was fab!

Pros:

We really had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and Mr. Quan was also very helpful and communicated in english. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the hotel's perfect location. Its only about 5-8 mins walk to Sun Plaza Station, and there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The hotel also has a lift, which was a great convenience during our stay. I also loved the body liquid soap provided by the hotel. We would recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

Pros:

Super helpful and attentive staff. Amazing view from my room on the 6th floor. Breakfast options are pretty limited but tasty!

The hotel is located on a fairly busy street so there will be some noise at times.

chưa nhận phòng nên ko nhận xét trong phòng

Cons:

tầng 1 và tầng 2 hơi hôi, hơi thất vọng.
Phòng check in 2h nhưng hơn 3h chưa dc nhận phòng (lý do phòng hỏng khoá, ko có phương án cho khách nghỉ ngơi, thay vào đó là trả tiền cọc cho khách).

In the centre of Sapa, just walk 5 minute

Cons:

The room was moldy/damp, and breakfast had only 3 basic dishes plus bread. According to the government’s official rating, this hotel is a 1-star hotel, not 3-star as listed on Booking

Estada molt agradable.
Pros:

La ubicació molt bona. Les vistes al Fansipan directes (habitació 403). El personal molt i molt amable i atent, ens han facilitat qualsevol cosa. Hem estat molt a gust. L’esmorzar complet.

Cons:

Sense importància, però la pica perdia aigua, la dutxa costa regular la temperatura i l’assecador defectuós.

Pros:

We booked a room with a mountain view, and we weren't disappointed. The room was very spacious and functional, featuring a small balcony. Coffee, tea, and water were provided in the room. The reception staff were very helpful—especially one young man whose name we didn't catch.

It was a pleasant stay. With the peice that we paid gor two nights stay, it is worth the stay.
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and the staff are all nice. All the rooms that we had were all have the mountain views. It is more than worth the price. It is near Moana and Sapa Station for Fansipan. I will book the same hotel in we happen to get back in the future.
