It was lovely hotel and exceptional stuff
Pros:

I had a lovely experience at this hotel. My room on the 5th floor had an amazing view of the mountains! Strong AC with hitting option when super cold in Sapa! Big balcony with a table to chill after trekking. Stuff was very helpful and lovely. All receptionists and breakfast stuff always welcomed me with a big smile and calm spirit. There is an option to stay longer in the room (50% extra charge for a day) in case you planning a night bus! I enjoyed my stay. Thank You a lot for all help and great time

Cons:

They didn’t let me in to the room on the morning even there were no one. They wanted 50% of the room price… I understand it in the late check out but in this occasion when hotel was empty and my room was already ready for me… it could be nice to at least be able to leave my backpack there and refresh as I was anyway going for morning exploring…
