Fun, wish I could stay longer.
Pros:

Located at the center of Sapa, kind and helpful staff, free breakfast, spacious room.

Cons:

There is no elevator straight from the ground floor goong up the 5th floor, you’ll have to use the stairs to 2nd floor and ride the elevator up to the 4th floor.

Pros:

Helpful, attentive staff. Good quality breakfast. The hotel is at a walkable distance from the market. Even though I could not enjoy the view due to fog; the balcony faces towards the beautiful hill.

Cons:

In the private bathroom, the shower area's sliding door came undone and fell on me. Room/bathroom freshener was necessary, but wasn't' available. The common bathroom's door cannot be locked from inside.

A relaxing and memorable stay with excellent service.
Pros:

We stayed for 4 days and had a really great experience. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the rooms were always clean and comfortable. The overall atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing major! everything was smooth and met our expectations.

The rooms are nice and the location is close enough to the main town. Nice staff, clean rooms.

Cons:

We specifically booked a room with twin beds, but ended up getting a double bed and there was no twin beds available. No a huge deal, but was still a little frustrating.

Excellent Hotel and service
Pros:

Excellent hotel in a good location. Amazing view from the balcony. Amazing service from the hotel staff, especially the amazing Qu'an who helped us with everything we wanted and with all his heart, thank you Qu'an

Cons:

There are stairs to the elevator and then from the fourth floor to the fifth floor. The mattresses are hard but comfortable

Good location but noisy.
Pros:

It had a good view. Breakfast was included. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Had a funny smell in the corridors and room. Had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to the lift. It’s on a very busy road so quite noisy.

Value stay in sapa!
Pros:

Staff service with a smile. Arranged promptly for two wheeler. Gave good guidance for tourist spots what to see and where to go with live weather updates. For the money paid its a good hotel. Given the unpredictable fog and weather in sapa i think spending anything more than what we paid is not worth.

Cons:

Location is crowded for that matter whole of sapa is. Hygiene and cleanliness can be improved. Breakfast menu is repetitive. Can include more items. Mattress comfort can be improved. It was making noise.

Fabulous stay in Sapa
Pros:

Staff very helpful, location perfect walking distance to Moana Sapa Cat Cat Village and Fansipan mountain train. Breakfast very good buffet with variety. Staff arranged tours at good value

Cons:

The common areas reception and dining g room were cold. The manager said heater had broken. Our room had a good heater a/c

Comfortable and cold
Pros:

Quan the hotel manager was friendly, helpful and funny. The location of hotel is near sapa station, other nearby hotels, food and shops. Breakfast is always hot.

Cons:

There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Sircon was not working. No much english channels.
