Cons:

Staff is asking way too much personnal questions..
Also having inapropriate comments.

They are kind but unprofessional.
As a female solo traveller I won’t recommend.

Lots of humidity.
Matress not good.

Amazing and very enjoyable
Pros:

The hotel is really nice and in good location.
The view from the balcony is really nice even thought it was little cloudy when I was there.
Overall very clean and was a pleasant stay.

Cons:

Only thing I would change is the mattress is too soft but that is all personal preference!

The receptionist was so helpful, the room was cheap yet clean and it was big compared to other hotel ive tried in Sapa.

I like everything about this place. The staff are so friendly, helpful and informative. When I visit Sapa again, I will book this place again. The mountain view is so niceeee!!! They even allowed us to check-in early at 9.30am (with a charge VND20k, which is affordable). I recommend booking with breakfast, their breakfast is so delicious 😋. I highly recommend this place 💯👍❤️

Nothing. I love everything about this place.

Ik vond het zachte bed heerlijk, mijn vrouw vond dat minder. Locatie is top!

Pros:

Good location. The food was simple but decent. The staff were very pleasant and hardworking. The rooms were spacious and decent cleanliness. We had two beds but the one had hard foam and the other one was comfortably soft. It's a good budget stay in Sapa

Cons:

The elevator was located at the 2nd floor. Something to consider for people who have weak knees.

Not bad for $25 a night
Pros:

Very clean, nice staff, beds are very soft

Cons:

The location is terrible and right on a very busy and narrow road. You can hear all traffic throughout the night, the hot water lasts about 5 minutes.
