Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt recht zentral gelegen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Personal wirklich hilft. Für dich wird alles organisiert und du musst eigentlich nichts planen. Der Hotelmanager hat mich sogar selbst mit seinem Auto am Ende meiner Trekking Tour abgeholt, da es so heiß war.

Cons:

Die Betten sind etwas hart.

Simple mais bien placé.
Pros:

Emplacement dans le centre . Propose des excursions. Mais bien demander si espèces à remettre en + pour le guide car nous , on a dû donner 500 Kd en +.

Cons:

Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre. Matelas dur.

Pros:

The mountain view was amazing. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was very simple and even the lady cooked again for us, to sure we eated halal. Everything is clean, zero insect. Amazing stay, Thank you.

Pros:

The location is great, 10mins walk from the centre of sapa so away from the noisy bars and restaurants etc. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, they gave us loads of recommendations for day tours and activities, although some of these were quite expensive it was good to see. The breakfast was buffet style but was nice, mixture of fried rice, noodles, fresh fruit and veg, juice, tea and coffee. The AC blew both cold and hot dependant on what weather you're staying in. We ate a meal here (only veg fried rice) which was good and reasonable price. The room itself was well priced too.

Cons:

The room was very damp, which seems to be a common theme in the mountains in northern vietnam, but could have been helped with a dehumidifier system or a better extractor fan in the bathroom. Everything in the room was very damp most of the time. This unfortunately pulls the rating down overall as it would be uncomfortable to stay in for any longer than 2 or 3 nights. The room isnt mouldy but if its this damp year round, it must be at risk of mould.
