Pros:

The staff were very polite and helpful. The bed is comfortable as well we had a good sleep. Breakfast was good as well.

Stayed on the 5th floor at Sapa Hills Hotel and the mountain views were absolutely breathtaking. Comfy beds and the breakfast spread was a highlight every morning.

Special shoutout to Mr. Quan the manager and Ngoc at the front desk — both were incredibly helpful, especially with translating to English when we needed it. Big thanks to the cleaning staff and cooks too. You all made the stay amazing.

Only note: The hotel sits on a main street, so soundproof doors/windows would be a plus. There’s quite a bit of vehicle and bike traffic + beeping from day till night.

Overall: Great location, warm staff, and views you won’t forget. Highly recommend.

The staff are very accommodating and can speak English well for easier communication. Also assisted us in our trip around Sapa which provided us a more relaxed tour around the place.
