Will definitely return for my next trip.
Pros:

Is a quiet location and 5 minutes walk to the main road, 7 minutes walk to Thong Lo BTS. Breakfast is very nice and has a very cosy cafe style set up. I did some work in the lobby instead of my own room while enjoying good coffee. The room comes with daily refill of water, orange and coconut juice, and snacks for free. Best part, you can avoid alot of traffic jam coming in from the airport as it is just at the outskirts of the crowded shopping area, but still it is just 1 BTS stop away from the main shopping area.

Cons:

Poor TV channels. Only Thailand and China Channels. As my room is facing the road, I get some noise when the bikes are speeding through in the day. But night time the traffic is slow and quiet neighborhood. Try to request for room not facing the road.

Nice hotel. But the room facilities were not good.
Pros:

The location was great and the staff were kind and friendly.
The hotel was on a goos street, very close to the BTS and near restaurants and shops.
The hotel itself was attractive and clean.
The rooms are relatively quiet.

Cons:

The room was a terrible design. With almost no space to get in and out of the bed.
The bed was so close to the closet that you can't fully open the cupboard door and the draws inside can't function.
A real issue for me with a high end expensive hotel - the TV's are not smart. This is inexcusable. It's not the year 2000. TV's need Netflix access etc. The chancel barely functioned so it was a waste of space.
Finally - and worst of all - the toilet had no spray gun. Something that is not ok in Thailand.
It's a shame, because I'm trying to find a hotel to stay in regularly in Bangkok... but this cannot be it.

Pros:

My second time here and the staff were extremely welcoming as the last time. Great consistent food over the 4 days there and an overall wonderful experience!

Cons:

We stayed in a studio room this time. Only little feedback is that the bedroom area is so compact, there's hardly any space to wiggle in/out on the sides and that makes the experience of getting in and out u comfortable. Perhaps just too compact a build.
Aso, perhaps because it was Chinese new year, the prices were infamously high for this room. Still, in line with the standards the hotel maintains.

Decent stay, convenient location
Pros:

Location in a few minutes walk from Thonglor BTS-station was great! Very easy also to get to from the airport with public transportation. The hotel and the room were overall clean and nice, but nothing too special. I think the kind and genuine personnel was the best thing about the hotel!

Cons:

The AC in the room couldn't really battle against the Bangkok humidity: temperature-wise the room was cool enough to sleep in but the humidity remained quite heavy indoors affecting sleep quality. I noticed a musty smell starting to develop in the clothes that stayed in the room e.g. pyjamas. While the bathroom was nice and spacious their shampoo was somehow extremely bad, perhaps just not meant for fine western hair? So I would recommend bringing your own products!

Pros:

Ein schönes Stadthotel. Alles tipptopp. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind schön und gepflegt. Die Lage ist ruhig. In ein paar Gehminuten erreicht man die nächste Sky Train Station und erreicht so schnell die nahegelegenen Einkaufszentren.

很喜歡這次住宿體驗,希望有機會下次再回去住。
Pros:

早餐有多樣主餐可以選擇。跟其他曼谷餐廳純粹自助餐不同，但水果選擇較少，多為三四種。
房間比一般相同價格的房型稍大，至少可以打開行李。也有Netflix,而且每天會提供新的水瓶十分貼心。
每天打掃算乾淨。

Cons:

廁所沒有洗手乳。其他都OK。
一樓只有階梯沒有無障礙設施,所以拖行裡或是嬰兒車比較不方便。

Nice hotel, location is okay, metro is 5 minutes to go, breakfast good.
Pros:

The hotel was pretty good, nothing extraordinary, but it is clean, the breakfast is good, the rooms are quite usual but comfortable. I also loved the library in the hotel, there are many interesting books and you can borrow them to your room

Cons:

Like many other places in Bangkok, it was quite noisy and the hotel has few floors meaning most probably you will hear the road. The road is not busy whatsoever yet some occasional bikes will wake you up at night and you will definitely wake up as soon as the traffic starts which is quite early in Bangkok

初めてのバンコクなら是非ここ！！
Pros:

綺麗で清潔！
朝食付きでバイキングが非常においしかったです！！
カフェも併設されていて、そこで出されているパンが朝食に出ていたのでお得感がありました。
汗だくでチェックインに来た私たちにタイティーを出してくれました。親切で安心感があるホテルです！
モニターでYouTubeが見れたこと。（少し接続は悪かったけれど）

Cons:

強いて言うなら連泊の際勝手に清掃に部屋に入られてしまったこと。
フロントに伝えていたので安心しきってキャリーケースも全開だったので焦りました笑
特に物も盗まれたりはしてないのと清掃のおばちゃんも謝ってくれたので問題ないです！
