Calme très propre à 5mn de la gare.
Un personnel d'accueil super sympa et serviable.
Le SPA est géniale et les installations fonctionne très bien.

Der badezimmerboden war sehr kalt,die dusche ha seehr lange gebraucht bid dss wasser warm wurde, war aber auch i. 3.stock ganz oben in einem alten haus😊der luster im studio 301 könnte/sollte mal gereinigt werden

Es war ein entspannter, freundlicher und schöner Aufenthalt in Baden.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Der kleine Spaziergang ûber den Fluss zum Frühstück tat gut.
Die Äpfel an der Reception sind super fein und knackig.
Die Betten sind sehr bequem, toll auch die Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher im Zimmer.
Das Zimmer (Suite 303) war sehr ruhig.
Wir bekamen zum gleichen Preis ein besseres Zimmer, weil es frei war, sehr grosszügig, Danke.

Cons:

Schade, dass das Zimmer ( Suiten) nicht im gleichen Haus war wie der Spa Teil.
Der Begriff Suite finde ich etwas übertrieben.
Es war ein geräumiges Hotelzimmer.
Für 2 Nächte unnötig die Frotéewäsche zu wechseln.

Excellent spa hotel!
Pros:

Good location. Very friendly staff. Great studios with really comfy beds. Excellent spa!

Cons:

It was lucky that our group was relatively young and fit as there was no lift in our building and we were on the top floor. The breakfast was a little disappointing for such a good quality hotel. It would have been useful to have received the information emails in English and/or French and not only in German.
