02nd time there, the rooms are quite big and really nice perfect, staff , food and the location, anticipating always what you need, clean and comfortable hotel, highly recommended
a lot of interesting places are there specially the boulevard city

I like this hotel and this my 3 rd visit, the hotel is not big but rooms are quite big and really nice as a three stars hotel I can can it’s perfect, staff anticipating always what you need, clean and comfortable

The first room I got smelled of cigarette smoke, though it was a non-smoking room. I got another room - same thing, but not quite as bad as the first one. Probably comes through the A/C vents. I stayed in the second room because it was late and I was tired. Also the shower drained really slowly. Bed was ok, maybe a little too hard for my liking. Construction work outside so it’s a bit noisy, but wasn’t an issue for me as I slept with ear plugs. Breakfast was good and there was lots to choose from. But the tables were too high for the chairs and eating was really awkward even for a 170 cm tall person.

The hotel in a very good location and nice place, near to all events areas

They welcome us nicely, with welcome drinks. The bed was so comfortable. The staff are friendly. There buffet was great. A lot of food variety. I relax in Spa. Sometimes I went in gym and swimming pool. Over all it is good

Very interesting hotel, not big but comfortable stay can get there, Although some construction behind but still like it, all hotel workers are always smiling and happy to assist,
Breakfast is nice as well, room cleaning

The hotel is three stars but I would say it deserve to be 4, it just need some additional services anyhow still can get what you need is looking for a quote and reasonable priced hotel

The hotel is clean and tidy; rooms are comfortable and well maintained, breakfast has a great choice of different nationalities, and good quality … that’s where it stops.

Generally, service is nearly non-existent. Room service is hit and miss whether a) they will answer, or b) they’ll call back, and they don’t.

Next door is a building site in early construction phase. Breaking the concrete starts at 6am, and is continuous for 12hrs … nice alarm clock.

Dinner is from 7pm until 11.30pm, but you will be asked to leave at 9pm, as they have a “party” EVERYNIGHT. If you want to stay, you have to pay SAR130 for the privilege. Don’t worry though, you can hear the music in your room quite clearly until midnight.

There are no restaurants in walking distance, except for a burger shop, so be prepared to order food deliveries.

The hotel was convenient for this trip, but will stay somewhere nearer the financial area, which is cheaper, has more facilities, and restaurants nearby.

Honestly …. avoid until the construction ends, and they allow you to spend YOUR money, in THEIR restaurant.

I spent 2 nights here. When I first arrived, they gave me a free upgrade, which was nice. However, the location is very noisy. There is a lot of traffic noise. But is also a large construction site next door which had digging noises from sunrise to sunset every day.

My room was ok, but the wifi signal was quite poor, and dropped often. On the 2nd day, I returned from dinner to find housekeeping cleaning my room after 7 pm, which is ridiculous. In their rush to finish, they forgot to replace the bath towels that they removed, and left their master keycard in my room. A half hour later, they were knocking on my door to retrieve the key card. This was a minor annoyance, more than anything.

The issue that was not minor was how they treated me when I asked if they could print my departure COVID19 test result. At first they agreed, but the print out was extremely poor quality (it looked like a bad photo copy). When I requested that they try a different printer, they insisted that there wasn't one. When I asked where I could go to print myself, they called their manager. He agreed to print in his office (clearly the claim that there were no other printers in the hotel was a blatant lie). I waited in the lobby for the manager to return. After waiting 20 minutes I gave up, and returned to my room. Thirty minutes later they brought a good printing up to my room. This process should not have been so difficult.

The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well. The underground parking garage was nice too.

I doubt that I will return, when there are so many other options in Riyadh.

Room in good clean condition.
Room Service, not good. Very loud music in background, difficult to hear person, had to shout, so order could be heard. Once food arrived, pasta overcooked and soggy.
