Pros:

Café da manhã e jantar maravilhosos. Área de piscina e sauna muito agradáveis, embora a água não estivesse tão quente. Quartos limpos e silenciosos.

Cons:

Nós reservamos 4 diárias no hotel, e a ideia era aproveitar as comodidades do próprio hotel (SPA, atividades, aulas de yoga/pilates etc), já que o hotel fica numa área isolada e fomos no inverno. No checkin, nos informaram que simplesmente não havia horários disponíveis para massagem durante toda nossa estadia e que todas as aulas de yoga/pilates/academia também estavam lotadas nesses 4 dias. Ou seja, não era possível agendarmos nenhuma atividade. Depois de muita insistência da nossa parte, conseguiram nos encaixar em 1 horário de massagem. O hotel deveria ter algum sistema/procedimento para evitar situações como essa, pois nossa viagem perdeu completamente o propósito e não tinha outras atividades ou atrações próximas durante o inverno. Acabamos indo embora do hotel no 3º dia. Definitivamente não valeu o preço que pagamos. Além disso, a água da piscina não era quente o suficiente; principalmente por ser inverno, deveriam manter a água um pouco mais quente.

Modernes Hotel in schöner ruhiger Lage, sehr bequeme Betten, tolle Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, individuelle Zusammenstellung des Abendmenüs möglich, schöner Wellnessbereich mit toller Panorama Sauna

Cons:

Wenn man nach 10:00 Uhr zum Frühstück kam, wurden teilweise die Speisen nicht mehr aufgefüllt, sehr kleiner Ruhebereich im Wellnessbereich, ansonsten hauptsächlich Liegeflächen im Bereich des Innenpools (laut und ständiger Chlorgeruch), Essen sehr lecker aber noch Luft nach oben

Erholsame Tage in einer entspannten Umgebung
Pros:

Tolle Qualität. Von der Ausstattung des Hauses bis zu den verwendeten Lebensmittel und den Anwendungen im Spa.
Die Betreuung durch die Mitarbeiter in den verschiedenen Bereichen ist ist super freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend, aber nicht gekünstelt oder aufgesetzt.

Pros:

We had a great experience at Klosterhof. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing, with a great variety and high-quality food. The spa was perfect, it was a big joy to swim in the outdoor heated pool while snow was falling around us. All the spa facilities were excellent and relaxing. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and offered breathtaking mountain views.
Special thanks to the entire staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Tief entspannt aus der Sauna, ausgepowert vom Berg, rundum gut versorgt beim Essen
Pros:

Alles dort ist bis ins kleinste Detail perfekt ausgedacht
Das Personal fällt neben der Freundlichkeit mit unaufdringlichen Service und Fachkompetenz auf
Der Wellness ist mit dem Ausblick auf die Berge toll
Die Menüs am Abend waren sehr abwechslungsreich und für uns fast zu viel, man hätte vielleicht mal einen Gang auslassen oder nach einer kleineren Portion fragen müssen
