2nd day to check out was good
Pros:

The staff were great and friendly. The person who helped me check into my room the day after my arrival was friendly and understanding

Cons:

On the first day in Austin, I arrived late in the evening and was greeted outside as soon as I stepped out of my Uber. I was informed that there were no rooms available for me because they have sold out. They sent me to another Hyatt Place which was 30 minutes away. I think they should have had the courtesy to call me and confirm before releasing my reservation.

They were able to accommodate me back on the second day because I emphasized that my boss was also staying in that hotel and our team will be picking us up from that location.

This was the first time I have encountered this and it caused a lot of anxiety which could be one of the reasons why my sleep on the first night was not good and with the issue I didnt get to bed by until around 2:30AM.

The stay was good but the air in my room wasn’t working as well as it should have. It was kinda warm through the evening
