Hotel is lying as no room has window.
Pros:

Location is very good.

Cons:

In rooms on booking it does not say room without window but in hotel no room has window. I told this to staff and was told if I want I can go to some other hotel but in their hotel no room has window. They did not apologise for lying as in photos it seems room has window bug it's a fake photo.

Pros:

Location is great. Walking distance to all the great spots.
We stayed in the Ninja room, my 13 year old son loved it.
The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The fact that the room only gets cleaned on the third day. I missed that when I booked. I would not have booked this hotel had I known this.
The reception of the hotel does not look great, the room was good. usually, it is the other way around.
The reception staff on check in was not very friendly, maybe it was the language barrier.

Everything is fine except for the ventilation.
Pros:

Location, price, cleanliness

Cons:

The lack of windows is a real problem. They've installed an air purifier, but I think the filters are dead. Without any ventilation, there's a stuffy smell.

すごくお部屋が広くてお値段がお得すぎました！

お風呂の床が赤カビが目立っててそこだけ綺麗だったら完璧なくらい清潔でした！
