Pros:

難波にも近いロケーションで、静かで過ごしやすいホテルでした。
日本橋駅にも歩いて10分位で、便利でした。
チェックイン前にも関わらず、お部屋に通して貰えたので安心しました。
また利用したいと思います。

Pros:

조금 거리는 있었지만 도톤보리까지 걸어 다닐수가 있어 좋았습니다. 지내는데 불편도 없었고, 직원들이 아주 친절했어요.

Cons:

방이 조금 협소해 캐리어를 펼칠 수 없어 조금 애를 먹었어요. 그러나 가성비가 워낙 좋아 단점이 충분히 상쇄됩니다.

5.난바 역에서 도보10-15분 위치(가격이 저렴함)

Cons:

예전에 호텔 스탭으로써 아쉬운 점
방 키를 맡기고 외출 후 돌아와서 방 키 달라고 했음
방 번호를 말하니까 이름 확인 절차 없이 그냥 줬음

창문이 따로 없어서 환기가 조금 부족

Cons:

Instalaciones. Tuve que pagar mas por un dormitorio mas grande. No hacen limpieza diaria. Toca cambiar toallas abajo. El destino abarrotado de gente y espacio pequeño. No pudimos desayunar 2 días por tal motivo. Me dieron un precio de upgrade y luego me cambiaron.

La puerta giratoria del baño puede resultar incomoda y no hay mucho espacio para el neceser de baño ni donde colgar toallas en el baño

Hotel is lying as no room has window.
Pros:

Location is very good.

Cons:

In rooms on booking it does not say room without window but in hotel no room has window. I told this to staff and was told if I want I can go to some other hotel but in their hotel no room has window. They did not apologise for lying as in photos it seems room has window bug it's a fake photo.

Location is great. Walking distance to all the great spots.
We stayed in the Ninja room, my 13 year old son loved it.
The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The fact that the room only gets cleaned on the third day. I missed that when I booked. I would not have booked this hotel had I known this.
The reception of the hotel does not look great, the room was good. usually, it is the other way around.
The reception staff on check in was not very friendly, maybe it was the language barrier.

Everything is fine except for the ventilation.

Cons:

The lack of windows is a real problem. They've installed an air purifier, but I think the filters are dead. Without any ventilation, there's a stuffy smell.
