Très bien placé pour passer quelques jours à Tulum , chambre spacieuse, petite pisicne très agréable , un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel .. 40e la nuit !!!

Depending on your floor, you have to climb stairs with your luggage. The included breakfast is not served in the hotel, but either at a hotel nearby or a restaurant next door.

Perfect Downtown Hotel
Pros:

This was our second time in Tulum and we've stayed at the hotel both times. The location can't be beat and the price is incredible. Not to mention how great Alfonso at the front desk is. He' made our stay the first time amazing and he was just as great this time around. The food in this area is great and very affordable. You can walk to most places or take the collectivo. If a boutique older hotel is your preference I highly recommend Elements.

Cons:

If you're on a work vacation. This is os not the hotel for you because the WiFi is not very reliable. In addition if you're looking for alot of amenities this hotel only has a pool.

Séjour parfait dans cet hôtel, les espaces communs ainsi que la chambre étaient très propres, l'environnement est calme pour y passer de belles nuits. La superficie et la décoration étaient aussi au rdv. Avoir un frigo était un gros plus (ce n'est pas souvent le cas au Mexique) ainsi que de l'eau potable en libre service dans le lobby.
Accueil et départ agréables grâce au staff qui est adorable.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif à revoir est le moteur de la clim était un peu fort pour moi, car j'ai le sommeil léger. Mais comme la chambre était fraîche j'ai pu m'en passer une bonne partie de la nuit, sinon boules quiès!

Nice big comfortable room with a balcony. Very good location near the centre of Tulum. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool was a great to cool down and catches the midday sun.

Cons:

Some noise in the night from the dogs barking next door. We were in the room at the front right next to the garden they were in, so it may only effect this room. Not really a problem for us as we are used to city noise, but if you are light sleeper request a different room.

An der Unterkunft hat uns insbesondere das ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal sehr gefallen. Hervorheben möchten wir dabei vor allem Alfonso, der sich äußerst zuvorkommend um uns gekümmert hat und uns mit vielen wertvollen Tipps zur Seite stand.
Das Zimmer entsprach größtenteils den Bildern. Man merkt zwar an einigen Stellen, dass es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, insbesondere im Badezimmer, was wir aber nicht als störend empfunden haben.
Auch die Lage der Unterkunft hat uns überzeugt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich gleich mehrere große Supermärkte, was den Aufenthalt besonders praktisch gemacht hat. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und konnten unseren Aufenthalt genießen.

A localização é excelente, o quarto é amplo e o chuveiro é muito bom!! Apesar de não ter café da manhã incluso, eles indicam o restaurante ao lado que é maravilhoso!!

Coisas simples: o chuveiro não tem porta e acho que poderiam ter armários no quarto.
