Family loves the interior!
Pros:

First impression was not that great since there's a laundromat on the ground floor, and it's in a residential area. However we were impressed as soon as we stepped into our room. It's a new hotel therefore the appliances and beddings are all new, super spacious room, and very unique industrial-chic interior design. Oh, and two bathrooms in our family room ensures that my siblings don't fight to use it haha. Location-wise, it is however a little far from attractions in Bandar Hilir, but only around 900m to Pantai Klebang. My only complaint would be how hot the building is (maybe due to ventilation or the material the building was built of). Overall, it was unexpectedly charming, value for money, and I recommend it to everyone.

CLOSE TO PANTAI KLEBANG AND COCONUT MILKSHAKE
Pros:

Basically everything is okay, car park available, fast check in, friendly staff and location good. 5mins to pantai klebang and spend 10-15mins to jonker street.
