The Brother the front desk is very helpful. The breakfast crew was very responsive.
I think the management is poor he does not know how to do his job I had missing items from my room and they refuse to check cameras and I was also charged $150 for a sheet that supposedly had a stain on it on a bed I didn't even sleep on so I will be contesting that with the bank or they could send me the set of sheets that I paid $150 for
The place is unsafe there's homeless and drug addicts inside the property outside the property there's drugs being sold on the property while I was there there was a hit and run and the property security was hiding the car to protect the guilty party
My room reeked of smoke. Breakfast was messed.

Este lugar es perfecto si vas a asistir al Aftershock! Esa fue la razón de nuestro viaje. Queda literal al lado del parque, es súper cómodo salir del festival y en 5 minutos ya estar llegando a la casa.

Lugar muy tranquilo
Muy demorado el check in, 40 minutos de demora. Era domingo , llegamos a los Angeles de vuelo de 12 hs de Santiago de Chile más 8 hs de manejar en coche . Muy complicado el check in en cada persona que quería alojarse.

The staff was pleasant and tried to resolve my issues.
The only available room with a king bed was upstairs. I walk with a cane and stairs are difficult to maneuver. When i was was finally relocated to a downstairs unit the neighboring rooms were so loud that it was impossible to get any sleep. The TV wasn't working as there was a cable lying on the stand. Certainly housekeeping should have caught this a hen they cleaned. The upstairs unit shower couldn't be used as the handle was broken. Again it should have been reported by housekeeping. It was repaired the day it was reported.
