Your stay felt frustrating because the deposit policy didn’t add up and the room wasn’t in good shap

I like that the room was spacious.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that when I arrived, the staff seemed very serious and unwelcoming. I also didn’t have a $100 deposit available on my card, so they required a $200 cash deposit instead. That was inconvenient because I had already budgeted my expenses for specific events, and I had to wait to get that money back.

The room itself was not in good condition—there were stains on the carpet, the lighting was poor, and the room was located right next to the highway, making it extremely noisy. I usually stay at upscale hotels that only require a $100 deposit, so I didn’t understand why this property charged $200, especially considering the room already had visible damage, including stains on the bed.

When I asked why I couldn’t just pay the $100 in cash, I was told they don’t accept cash deposits—yet they accepted the $200 cash deposit. That didn’t make sense to me and added to the overall frustration of my stay.

Pros:

The safety and cleanliness has improved, not to mention the connectivity of the WiFi and cable T.V. has been much improved all good things.

Cons:

The main reason I choose sure stay was the wonderful morning meal. It's really been more then 5years since staying and I must say it's Not as good as it was. The whole aviance has changed. Just not pleasent any longer

Cons:

Not clean, a bunch of drugged up people everywhere. You can hear everything outside. Condoms on the floor. Dirty rooms. My specific hotel room was upgraded. I paid a fee for that, yet my tv didn’t work and neither did my microwave

They’re very helpful. The rooms are nice. Is nice people that work there. If you need anything they’re right there just

The spa and how clean the rooms are and how comfortable they make you feel anything you need anything they’re right there to help you..

Cons:

Honestly, just a homelessness, but that’s nothing that they can control and I think that might scare off a lot of other people to stay there but when you get to know the people that work there and stuff makes you a lot better.

We had to call maintenance twice. As soon as we walked in the room smelled horrible, our lamps weren’t working, the air conditioner kept saying error, our tv wasn’t working and the doorknob to the bathroom almost locked my daughter in. The breakfast was not good, we didn’t even use our coupon the second day. Overall not a good hotel. We won’t go back in the future.
