Cons:

The rooms were very old and dirty we stayed 5 night only one time they came to clean it . We asked three days for hair dryer at the fourth day they brought a broken one.
We asked for cleaning every day inly one day they came at 7pm and they didnr clean it well.
The breakfast was not that good and even the spoons were to dirty and low qulaity

I like jacuzzi, sauna don’t work. Semet is very good person, reception is helpful

Resepsiyondaki personelin tavrı inanılmaz derecede saygısız ve profesyonellikten uzaktı. Yaşadığım basit bir sorunu çözmeye çalışırken bir görevli bana bağırarak cevap verdi!
Bir misafire bu şekilde davranılması kabul edilemez. Olayı otel yönetimine iletmeme rağmen hiçbir şekilde ilgilenmediler, özür bile dilenmedi.
