Pros:

The staff and security at Reforma Guest House were so friendly and welcoming. The location was impeccable only a few blocks from the Angel de Reforma. There were so many amazing restaurants and coffee shops around the property.

Cons:

The hallways were kind of cold but that is out of the hotel's control.

Good value for the price. Simple comfy room and wonderful location
Pros:

The room was very clean and the bed comfy. The shower was nice and roomy. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything.

Cons:

I did not want to cook but if I did the materials are very minimal for cooking. There should be some paper towels or dish towels in the room.

Unbeatable value in centre of Mexico City
Pros:

The staff were great. Its a small hotel and they looked after you.

Cons:

Chemicals used to clean the rooms was overpowering. However they stopped using this as soon as we asked.

Definitely recommend for Mexico City
Pros:

Hotel is very central to everything. Neighborhood is lively but not too loud. Staff are there 24/7 and very helpful. Room was clean. Overall great value and place!

Great boutique hotel! I would stay again!
Pros:

Great location. Ebici station across the street, 2 blocks from the Angel and multiple public transport options.
My room faced the courtyard and was exceptionally quiet, especially for being in the middle of the city.
Nice rooftop terrace
Well equipped suite, especially nice was the full washer and dryer!

Nice hot shower.
Great staff! Everyone was helpful and friendly!

Perfect in every way for our week in Mexico City
Pros:

It was a great place, with great staff, in a really good location. We had a studio which was quite large and included kitchen and washer and dryer. The neighborhood was full of small and large restaurants. The roof terrace was awesome!

All good.

Pros:

C’est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cet établissement. L’emplacement est idéal, situé dans un beau quartier, central et au calme.
Suite confortable bien équipée.

Cons:

Cette fois-ci nous étions dans la seule suite située au RDC proche de la réception. Trop de bruits de couloir et on entend les gens parler comme s’ils étaient dans la chambre.
Lit trop petit pour une « suite » et mauvais rapport qualité prix. À ces tarifs on attend mieux d’un établissement comme celui là.
