Definitivamente es un buen lugar, seguro y muy central de todo.

Excellent place
Pros:

This was the second time I stayed here and absolutely love the place. The location, room and staff are all fantastic. The place is safe and quiet. I love that they have bikes available for those of us who want to move around the city by bike. The hotel staff is friendly and very accommodating. I will be back soon!

Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, personal muy amable, y apartamento amplio y limpio.

Cons:

La habitación de la PB está al lado de la recepción y se escucha absolutamente todo por lo que resulta muy difícil descansar. Así mismo, la ducha carece de presión de agua.

Convenient location with nice and helpful staff.
Pros:

It was very clean and I liked that I could put out a sign if I wanted cleaning or not each day. The staff was very supportive and friendly. Great shower with instant hot water. Good mattress, but the bed was so high that I had some difficulty climbing onto it each night! Nice quality of sheets and towels. Convenient to have an elevator though I never enjoyed (or even saw...) the rooftop due to daily heavy rains. I chose this place due to its proximity to my usual hotel with the benefit of a kitchen (the washer/dryer was handy, too).

Cons:

The location was close to public transportation, lots of restaurants, useful businesses and overall convenient, the setting was too busy and noisy for me. Just a half-dozen blocks away, I have enjoyed the same conveniences in a more peaceful surrounding. Perhaps due to the location of my room, I also had noise in the room from workman and chatting maids (who obviously enjoyed their work!). And a few times, strong chemical smells came into my room via the windows. However, it might have partially come from the place next door. The couch/seating was not comfortable and the lights (though plenty of them throughout the apartment) were all very dim. I had no decent light for reading (except when I used my phone). My phone had been stolen so I didn't have Uber or the option of calling a taxi service. The airport service used by the guesthouse was several hundred pesos more than I usually pay when staying nearby.

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Reforma Guest House. The location is prime—close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and the Angel de la Independencia, making it very convenient to explore the area.
The staff was beyond nice and friendly, always welcoming and eager to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

A cama é pequena
Me colocaram no primeiro quarto e infelizmente fica ao lado da recepção e se ouve tudo a noite toda
Então não sei sorte com a localização do quarto
A minha amiga q ficou comigo perdeu a chave e teve que pagar pelas chaves (aqueles cartões magnéticos de porta)
O que eu achei pouco razoável em hotéis normaliza eles não cobram
Não gostei do atendimento no geral
Colocaram água só no primeiro dia tambem
Se for ficar sozinho no quarto acho q vale mas duas pessoas não vale não
A balcony também era inútil pois não tinha área verde e era voltado pra recepção
