Not Suitable for Remote Work: Poor WiFi, No Phone Signal, and No Chair in the Room
Pros:

Amazing location and very friendly staff! I would definitely stay there again while on vacation, but not if I had to work remotely.

Cons:

Terrible WiFi. There is only one network for the entire building, including reception and all the rooms. There is also no signal on my phone. I couldn’t work at all and had to constantly go out to find internet elsewhere. Also, there is not a single chair or stool in the room.

Beautiful and comfortable, but ask for the upper levels.
Pros:

The rooms were big, clean and spacious the staff members were all the time helping with the inquiries.

Cons:

The noise from the street was unbearable; we stayed on the ground floor and didn't sleep for three nights because of the restaurants next door and the drunken people on the street. They should provide earplugs for guests on the lower levels.

Cons:

No suelo poner reseñas negativas a la mínima ni mucho menos pero este hotel la merece. Son muchos los detalles que no son acordes a un hotel de 4 estrellas. El primer día no habían hecho la habitación cuando volvimos al hotel por la tarde, los días siguientes si la hicieron ( habíamos avisado en recepción) sin reponer gel de baño ni cambiar las toallas, dejando el vaso del baño sucio sin cambiar también. El grifo del lavabo no tenía agua fría. El hotel ofrecía café y fruta disponible en un córner cerca de recepción. La fruta era inexistente…No digo que tenga que ser un servicio obligatorio, pero si lo ofreces que sea de verdad. En definitiva lo único bueno del hotel la ubicación, la habitación como tal no estaba mal.

Great location! Great service, not apt for people with hot flashes.
Pros:

There’s a couple of things that this place did right! Housekeeping was incredible with their work! They were thorough and it was so nice to come back to a clean room after a long day out. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Location is incredible, close to a lot of food spots, el angel, close to the mall and the park. Great!

Cons:

The lack of AC on day 1, threw me off. There is no AC in the rooms. So if you’re going on a hot day, I’d skip this place. We did have a single fan in the room tho. I wish there was a ventilation system in the bathroom, but there wasn’t any so we resorted to keeping the window open. I also disliked having to press the button to be let in, and sometimes having to wait to go inside. This was not communicated to us prior to arrival so we were confused when we tried to knock and nobody opened the door for us. HOLD THE DOORBELL for at least 4 seconds!

Me encantó! el servicio fue lo mejor
Pros:

La ubicación esta perfecta hay mucho que comer, esta a 15 min caminando de chapultepec, reforma a unos pasos, todos los bancos, transporte, el personal de lobby y el guardia super atentos todos! cualquier cosita que necesitabamos o teniamos duda fueron muy amables. HAY ELEVADOR!! hay muchas amenidades como terraza, gym y snack bar, mi cuarto no tenia vista a la calle pero es lo de menos en mi opinion personal. Hay unos tacos de carnitas enfrente que sacan del apuro, recomiendo. puedes guardar tu equipaje en lo que haces check in y la habitación es muy cómoda! muy espaciosa siento que se ve mejor que las fotos uwu

El baño esta algo oscuro con la luz fría, no se siente cozy y la ventana de ese baño no le entraba nada de luz.

Lo mejor la ubicación, está en una zona buena con muchos bares y bien comunicada
Los trabajadores son muy amables

Cons:

La habitación daba a un patio interior donde estaban los conductos de ventilación y había ruido continuo de fondo. Hacía bastante calor, aunque tenía aire acondicionado, pero si no te gusta dormir con el aire puesto pasas calor. En general, era una habitación ruidosa, se oye absolutamente todo de las demás habitaciones

Fabulous location, staff and amenities!
Pros:

Great location! We were very lucky to be upgraded due to it being our honeymoon 🥰 can’t thank the staff enough for making us feel at home, the housekeepers did a great job of tidying up each day! A bonus for us having a washer/dryer in the apartment also - thanks team!

Lugar perfecto en Cdmx
Pros:

Las habitaciones son muy amplias, nuevas y estan muy limpias. La ubicación es excelente, puedes ir andando a muchos lugares y estas rodeado de restaurantes y cafeterias pero fuera del ruido.
