exceptional
Pros:

the restaurant staff went out of their way to accommodate my request for soft and cold food (due to a tooth extraction) which was otherwise not available on the menu - for both dinner and breakfast. i felt the concern shown and effort made to accommodate my request were exceptional. thank you.

Pros:

House keeping, receptionists, etc were very kind and helpfil. Rooms were well maintained and are comfortable.

Cons:

Buffet is nearly 3,500 per head. For that one would expect a variety of food & drinks, however the 90% of the menu has been repeating for our stay (1 week).

Had a good time but it was expensive
Pros:

Good location and staff were helpful.

Cons:

Rooms are bit small compared to my previous stay at another Novotel.
Not sure how the price was quoted and calculated. We thought we booked at good price for 3 nights. It when we were about to pay noticed that price was different on different days. 1st night was cheaper and paid nearly double price. Feel bit cheated as generally price is same for 3 nights.
Would think twice before booking through booking.com and Novotel hotels. This never happened before when I booked through booking.com
