attended an event at the banquet hall of Novotel Guwahati GS Road, and it was a wonderful experience. The banquet was well organized, spacious, and maintained to a high standard. The food was the highlight of the event—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. There was a good variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and the desserts were especially delicious.
The staff managed the event efficiently, ensuring everything was served on time and guests were well looked after. Overall, it was an excellent banquet experience with great food and professional service.

Most important thing a hotel can offer is customer service. Make the guest valued. Solve the problems. And at all times, maintain a very polite and helpful attitude. Novotel in Guwahati embodies all these. When we had a problem in the washroom in our alloted room, they tried to fix it immediately. They foresaw a delay in fixing, and upgraded us to suite room immediately. They were so profusely apologizing and super courteous because of this inconvenience.
The breakfast, room (suite), cleanliness, etc. was top notch anyway.
Had an amazing experience at novotel. The front desk staff Dhruba was exceptionally good at service, he was very polite to us. Would love to visit again.
