A very beautiful hotel with a lot of beautiful features and traditional items, good service, good foods and perfect locations. Definitely will come back. The front desks were very helpful, especially Ms. Claudia and her friends / crew. thank you.
Pas à jour, très sombre
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room is located at 7flr and the restaurant is on the 8flr just above our room. During our stay there, we are always awaken by the noise above as the restaurant is getting ready for breakfast every morning.

Last minute reservations and the staff and hotel were amazing
The staff are amazing. BUT. There is a smoking section of the hotel and the pipes connect, so I had to keep my fan on in my bathroom (which meant also the light) constantly to pull the cigarette smoke that was coming through the pipes out of my room. One night before I did that I was WOKEN UP BY COUGHING, it was that thick in my room, three floors away from the smoking floors. Even next to the pool people just smoke and drop their butts on the ground. The hotel should be non-smoking, of course. There are also these terrible "perfume" things in the elevators that squirt out disgusting artificial smells. And none of the room windows open. However the staff was absolutely amazing. So kind and considerate and helpful.
Convenient to go to Malioboro and for buying small groceries, affordable meals. Hotel is at the back of the fancier Mercure hotel, a bit dated but the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was delicious and offered variety. However, the towels were gray and thinning, there were stains on the bathroom walls, but worse of all was the pool that was surrounded by tarpaulin walls and not at all like the pictures.

Restaurant, front office & housekeeping staff is zeer servicegericht.
Zeer uitgebreid en goed ontbijtbuffet.
Het hotel en de kamers kunnen wel wat onderhoud gebruiken.
A decent place to stay in Yogya. We were there during the busiest time of the year and staff were generally very polite and helpful. Laundry is $$$$$$
Unfortunately the hotel is in need to a renovation. The entire hotel smells of sewage and rooms smell of mold. The only convenience was the shopping mall below the hotel.

Pour un 5 étoiles la douche pas terrible, il faut penser à faire un peu de travaux. Le levier boucher sans raison. On était déçu pour un hôtel qui se prétend 5 étoiles
Nothing special, rate quite expensive for jogja standard. Breakfast not much selection for 5 star hotel, it feels more like 4 stars.
Just so-so hotel. A bit pricey for its standard.
