快適に過ごせた。
Pros:

部屋にあった東横イン紹介本を読んだ。
全てに賛同するわけではない(女性の方が気配りができるなど)が、面白く読ませてもらった。
実際、フロントの女性は朝食の手伝いもしたりと、休まず動いていた。

駐車場利用についても色々と便宜を図ってくれ良かった。

Cons:

ホテルには大浴場はなかったが、帯広には温泉があり、夜11時まで開いているので、フロントに温泉の案内があれば良いと思う。

最高です。スタッフの心づかいに感謝いたします。

受付の対応が非常に良かった。
羽田空港第一と比べ物にならないくらい良い対応でした。
駐車場の案内とチェックインとスムースな手続きでした。
早朝、この方が朝のおにぎりを握っていて朝サウナに行く時に明るくお早うございますと挨拶され大変好感が持たれます。また、おにぎりを作っていた別の方が、新作の高菜とワサビのおにぎりを進めてくれて大変好感が持たれます。
おにぎりを２たつお皿に取ってしまったので３っつは食べられないのでおことわりしましたが、今週末、金曜日からまた数日お世話になりますので是非今度は食べたいと思います。
寒いところで元気に対応しているスタッフさんに心より敬意を表します。今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。

毎年、釧路でも東横インでお世話になっておりますが、帯広では初めての宿泊となります。
北海道の東横インはどこも素晴らしいです。
羽田の東横インのインド人の受付はどうにかなりませんかね？
発音が悪い日本語を早口で事務的に伝れていますが、前日の１８日に０時過ぎにチェックインしましたが最悪です。
ほかに誰もいないと態度が悪くなる外国スタッフはうんざりします。来月、１７日の羽田宿泊はJALシティにしました。
もう、羽田東横インは泊りません。
