cuando reserve el hotel lo hice por las fotos que vi en internet, cuando llegue al hotel las chicas muy amables, por cuestiones de tiempo no pude esperar a registrarme las chicas muy amables me registraron y guardaron mis cosas, cuando llegue al hotel en la noche me encontré con la sorpresa que no recibían pago en tarjeta solo en efectivo.

me entregan la llave del cuarto y cuando entro a la habitación y cuando ingreso ohhhh sorpresa!!!! pésima habitación, olía feo muy mal.

RESERVÉ CINCO HABITACIONES Y EL DÍA QUE LLEGAMOS MI FAMILIA Y YO AL HOTEL RESULTA QUE SÓLO TENÍAN UNA . MUY MAL POR ESTE SERVICIO DE RESERVACIÓN POR INTERNET. EL PERSONAL DEL HOTEL MUY AMABLE ME AYUDÓ A INSTALARME EN OTRO PERO APARTE DE QUE PAGUÉ MÁS ESTE TENÍA CUCARACHAS Y LO QUE ES PEOR CHINCHES. MUY MAL POR USTEDES.
