Great location and great stay
Pros:

The hotel’s location was great, right next to the subway station and store.
The entire hotel and the room were very clean.
The staff were very friendly and helped us whenever we needed it.
The room and bathroom had everything we needed, and even some extras like makeup remover pads, hair ties, and even yukatas.
The hotel also had a shared kitchen where you could cook, and there were free tea bags and instant soups available for guests.

Cons:

The room was actually pretty cold, even though we had the air conditioning on.
There also weren't many places to hang up our clothes.
Overall, the room was quite small, but that's normal in Japan.

Amazing access from the subway
Pros:

What a beautiful sight after traveling for 24 hours straight. We only stayed for a night between arriving in Japan and moving to our first destination, but this could be a good base for a few days of exploring with its proximity to the subway (a little far from the normal sightseeing areas but still easy to access them). The beds were firm/supportive but comfortable, great for my bad back (if you like a soft bed, you might think these are too hard). Had a decent amount of room for a Tokyo hotel - got lucky and had a double bed and two twins for just two people so had room to spread out. Decent lounge/terrace area. Staff were friendly. Numerous dining options within a block. Cool view from the top floor. Excellent value for the price.

Cons:

Not the fanciest place, but if you are planning to spend the day out and about rather than hanging out at the hotel for long periods of time, that shouldn’t be an issue. Beds could be softer but worked for us.

The views, staff and room were amazing!
Pros:

I loved the view of the Skytree from the 10th floor, which is where our room was, and I loved how quiet it was! The staff was nice, I liked how they were able to clean/tidy the room up when we had the sign on our door and that there was a staff member who spoke English who was very friendly and helpful. I also liked how close it was to FamilyMart and other convenience stores as well as the train stations.

Cons:

The only problem was when I tried filling my water bottle on the 3rd floor, the water dispenser wasn’t working or was out of water. Everything else was excellent!

Pros:

Check In 時服務人員非常用心的介紹飯店設備，也提供很多服務像是租腳踏車、借熨斗或是電棒捲等等。
地點很棒！從森下站A6出口有電梯搭，不用爬樓梯、搬行李箱，走到住宿地點很近，附近便利商店、連鎖餐廳也很多。
房間空間很足夠，我有28吋行李箱和登機箱都可以展開，採光也很好、白天悠閒地待在房間也很舒服，比較罕見的是沒有免治馬桶。
