Pros:

Great location, very convenient. Excellent combination of price via quality.the room are very small, but we expected so.

Cons:

You cannot use common area or common shower after check out. Check out is,at 10 and if your flight is in the evening you would like to have a shower before, but they didn't allow us to do it which was disappointing. The suitcases they keep for free if its necessary.

Pros:

I booked here last month and the staff were accomodating. The room itself was enough for me as a solo traveler and the bathroom itself was of Japanese-size. It is also near the station, along with convenience stores and a Sukiya nearby.

The kitchen on the third floor is absolutely amazing and so helpful for family stays.

Cons:

The size of the rooms were tiny and there was no jet spray in the toilet. Dry wiping required.
