Very happy, comfortable, felt cared for, respected, and felt place was being run by professionals.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was equipped with what I needed. Very helpful staff, from front desk, to people doing day to day cleaning, all smiles, made me feel like family, really!!

Cons:

bicycle seat in gym was dysfunctional, and there was only one bike, so I couldn't bike. Treadmill was great and very nice laundry facilities and free coffee all day/night. Very comfortable place.
