Great location with standard comfort you expect from business hotels.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and the location was very close to the train station, convenient if you have onward travel and don't want to drag your luggage over long distances. It was also not so bad to walk to the waterfront from there, then take the tram back (there is a stop quite close to the hotel).

Cons:

No complaints.

とても静かで快適でした。
スタッフの方達もとても親切で感じが良かったです。
予約サイトでは喫煙室しか予約出来なかったのですが、喫煙者じゃないことを伝えておいたら禁煙室に変えてくださいました。
朝食も美味しかったです。
