安くて助かった
Pros:

料金の安さと一通りの必要なものが揃っていること
スタッフの対応は良かった

Cons:

ベッドがくたびれていて快適な眠りはできなかった
禁煙室を指定したが枕カバーからかすかにタバコの匂いがした
部屋にUSB充電差込ソケットがなかった（フロントで貸してもらえたので解決）
朝食の品質は満足できなかった

安く泊まれたので、仕方なかったのかなと思う。
Pros:

スタッフの方の対応が良かった。
朝食のバイキングで新潟のものを食べられたので良かった。

Cons:

部屋の換気扇を切って外出し、部屋に戻るとトイレの臭いが充満していた。
換気扇を付けたままだと、うるさくて眠れず、仕方なく換気扇は切って寝た。

ライブ参加のための宿泊なので、場所がよく、清潔で安全でしたので⭕️です
Pros:

中心部から近いこと、
部屋は広くはないが、簡単なキッチンがありお湯を沸かせる、お風呂のバスタブが深めで広くゆったりお湯に浸れて嬉しかったです。
また宿泊日を1日間違えており、ずらしたこと、一人予約を2名に変えたことをスムーズに対応してもらいありがたかったです。

ビジネスホテルらしくチェックアウトがスムーズだった

Cons:

連泊したがシーツ、枕カバー、浴衣の交換が無かった。ゴミもそのままだった。ベッドのスプリングがおかしく眠れなかった。朝食会場のスタッフの愛想が悪く朝から気分が悪い。

立地は良く、1人でならいいがファミリー利用では微妙。朝食付きの方がお得感はあり。

朝食は期待していなかった分、割と種類があった。
