Extremely disappointing experience and not at all up to IHG standards. The room was very small, and the tables and furniture were broken and poorly maintained. The room was not worth the nearly AUD 100 charged for it. No amenities were available upon arrival; everything had to be requested separately.

For the price charged, we expected much better cleanliness, comfort, maintenance, and service. Overall, very poor value for money and a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
