Unprofessional staff or duplicate holiday inn
Cons:

They didn’t serve tea in the breakfast
This is 2nd time i have faced this issue
Inspite of having breakfast included in my stay they had issues with tea pot due to which tea couldn’t be served on time and later i had to check out

I really like the staff from house keeping , restaurant and reception desk

The staff is incompetent
The rooms are extremely small
They only have one room type
The room finishes as u enter
The in room dining is not upto mark
The food is moderate
Breakfast is a chaos with very limited tables and not as per the no of keys
It is severely under staffed

Cunning staff at reception
Cons:

Small rooms not fit for business rooms. And the staff were really gloomy and not smiling type. The man at the reception booked 2 person of my booking in one room at the amt mentioned in my booking. When I corrected him he apologized and gave 2 ,single rooms. Customer taken for granted.
