Wonderful Stay at Courchevel
Pros:

First I like to start by saying that Anahi was truly AMAZING!!!! She was VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL!!!! She helped me get the correct train tickets from USA. She understood that I had never used a European train station before. She was very patient and it showed me how to get the correct tickets. She also got us a private taxi from the train station one we got there. And also she order the peace taxi when we were leaving. Everyone there was VERY FRIENDLY AND SUPER NICE!!!! They also gave us a 10% discount on our ski rentals. They made our stay very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place!!!!

Incredible Skiing right in front of the hotel !!

Me and my 12 year old son had an incredible vacation in Hotel les Flocons, since before our arrival Anahi was very kind answering all my questions. When we arrived in the hotel everything was perfect !! The hotel is a small family operated hotet right in front of the chair lift. Our room had direct views from the slopes. Our room was snall but very cozy and had everything we needed for a wonderful week in Courchevel. The breakfast is very good, simple but healthy and tasty. Dinner in the hotel is also very good. We had a very good fondue and tasted some other very good dishes. Parking is 50 meters away from the hotel, very big and convenient. We didn’t use the car at all. It was parked in the covered parking during all of our stay. The Sauna was really relaxing after a good day of skiing. We can’t wait to go back !! Thank you Philip, Anahi, Matias and all the wonderful staff that made our trip wonderful !! My son said it was his best vacation ever !!

Advertisements for the rokms were misleading. Our room wasnt properly cleaned for our arrival: dark hairs all over the white sheets. Rooms were cramped and tiny. Staff and breakfast were great though. Value for cost wasnt good... at all.

Pros:

The only surprise was, that in spite of reservation confirmation the parking should have been included in the resort fee, the only parking available was in parking house with a fee of 90€.

Hôtel accueillant, face aux pistes
Pros:

Charmant petit hôtel, face au télésiège du Vogets. Rénovation récente et bonne table. Pourrait progresser sur le petit déjeuner. Mais très bien dans l’ensemble.
