これからも、優しい言葉遣いでせっしてください。
Pros:

朝食が期待以上でした。欲を申し上げますとフルーツをもう少し加ていただけたらと思います事と牛乳を加えていただけたらと思います。食堂のスタッフの挨拶がとても良かったです。声の高さ言葉の使い方が良かったです。

フロントスタッフがダメ
Pros:

立地条件は良かった。

Cons:

チェックインの際、混雑していた為順番待ちしていたが、数人が順番待ちしている私の前に割り込んできた。フロントスタッフはいたが、注意することはなかった。イヤな思いをした。

値段に対してお得感はありました。
Pros:

朝食が思ったより種類が多くよかった。ちなみに他所の東横INNはおにぎりだけでした。

Cons:

朝、早くから(4時過ぎから)出入りのドアの音があちこちで響いて眠れなかった。気をつければ音はしないのですが。これはどのホテルでも往々にしてあることですが。
