Utterly disappointing, don’t go by Brand name.
Pros:

Location is the only thing that was good about the place.

Cons:

The guy at reception for early check in or lay check out (the same guy) is totally incompetent. Doesn’t understand the Indian passport holder = person is Indian, passport trumps aadhar card as ID proof. During check in, as it is required I paid the entire amount but despite taking no additional services from this pathetic place, this guys said my outstanding was some 4300 inr !!! Best western nahi, this is Waste Bestern. Washroom ki condition is even more pathetic, and beds with sharp edges that cut you every time you get off the bed.

Close to shopping area. Breakfast was excellent and staff were polite and friendly. Will definitely recommend this hotel
