The place is not clean at all, the bedsheets are old and feels dirty no matter what, the bathroom is old not the shower is extremely small and the water pressure is very low , the room is small we found fungus in one of the ear cotton sticks they were given in the bathroom , the housekeeping team left a garbage bag on the tv table in our room , imagine coming back to the room and you find a garbage bag in your room !!!!

الموقع والافطار مع جلسة الافطار ايضا جدا رائع

دفعت 70 ريالًا عمانيًا مقابل غرفة لليلة واحدة، وللأسف كانت تجربة مخيبة للآمال ولا تستحق المبلغ المدفوع.

الغرفة كانت صغيرة جدًا، والفرش غير نظيف وتسبب لي بحساسية. كما أن المرتبة كانت سيئة للغاية، لدرجة أنني كنت أشعر بحديد السرير في ظهري طوال الليل، مما جعل النوم غير مريح.

أما تعامل موظفي الاستقبال فلم يكن احترافيًا، حيث كانوا ينادون النزلاء بعبارات مثل "الحبيب"، وهو أسلوب لا يليق بخدمة فندقية. كما اشتكيت عدة مرات من مشكلة المرتبة، لكن في كل مرة كانوا يعدون بحل المشكلة دون أي تنفيذ.

للأسف، لم تكن الإقامة بالمستوى المتوقع، ولا أنصح بها مقابل هذا السعر، وآمل أن تعمل الإدارة على تحسين مستوى النظافة وجودة الأسرة والاهتمام بشكاوى النزلاء بجدية.

بعده قليلا عن البحيرة و اماكن الازعاج بيناسب الناس اللي تدور الهدوء و الاستجمام و اللي اعجبني اكثر ان التنظيف عندهم يومي و تغيير مفارش السرير و تنظيف دورة المياه 👍🏼

فندق على أعلى مستوى في اوزنجول
كانت إقامتي في فندق Kilpa رائعة من جميع النواحي. مستوى التنظيف ممتاز والغرف دائمًا مرتبة، الإفطار متنوع ولذيذ (الأخت القائمة عليه مبدعه) ، أما الراحة فكانت واضحة في كل التفاصيل من السرير إلى الأجواء العامة والهدوء، شعرت بدرجة عالية من الأمان، وطاقم العمل خاصة الأخ فكرت (له كل التحية) أظهر تعاونًا رائعًا جعل التجربة أكثر متعة. أنصح به بشدة لكل من يبحث عن إقامة مريحة وآمنة...
