Picturesque resort, very friendly staff, but there were restrictions on our access to the facilities
Pros:

The breakfast buffet had alot of variety representing different cuisines. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Unfortunately breakfast could not be included in our booking at the Residences apartment, so it became a significant cost during the course of our stay

Cons:

The unexpected restrictions on the facilities we could use at this very large resort. We were advised on arrival that our booking did not permit us to use all pools, spas and recreational facilities. We were permitted to use the Residences and Rimba facilities. We tried to access the inclinator to visit the ocean pool, but were told we needed an Éxperience card' and our access was declined . On following up we were advised that because we used an agent (Booking.com) we were not given the 'Experience card' by Ayana. This is only available if you book directly with Ayana resort. This was extremely disappointing considering the high accommodation price we had paid and we felt it discramatory to restrict guests based on the type of booking made.

Memorable and pleasant stay
Pros:

The surrounding is very serene and quiet

Cons:

I got locked out from the unit, and the master key is unable to unlock it. It took around 20mins to get it finally resolved

Pros:

Fantastic value. Easy access to all the excellent facilities in Ayana via the buggy (less the pools, which we didn’t need since we got a private one), and very responsive concierge service via the room phones and whatsapp. Great stay!!

Pros:

The private pool was a great addition. The apartment is overall very nice - great to hang out with friends and family.

Cons:

Overall - the apartment was great, service was awesome. There are a few things that host needs to take care of. The TV doesn't work. The picture goes off after about 10 minutes while the sound is on. It happens everytime you turn on TV. Not enough trashbags and/or tissue in the apartment.

Really lovely apartment in a gated estate.
Pros:

Generous size apartment with own pool. Resort is beautifully kept and there is access to clubhouse with good gym and lovely communal pool. There is also a buggy service to drive you to the resort restaurants. Staff were very helpful and buggy service was very quick and efficient.

Cons:

The apartment needed redecorating in some areas.

Luxury Family Room in Jimbaran
Pros:

Our family booked a room with a private swimming pool, and it was incredibly spacious and peaceful. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the efficient desk service. One of the highlights of our stay was the 24-hour buggy service, which had minimal wait times. We used the buggy to easily access the main Ayana resort for meals and drinks. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Although this property is managed separately from the main Ayana resort, which means guests do not have access to its facilities, we still had a wonderful experience. We initially stayed at the main Ayana resort and then moved to the residence for our last night. The transfer between the two was smooth, with a direct buggy ride from the resort to our apartment. The apartment offered full facilities such as dish washer, washing machine, utensils etc.

Fantastic property and great place
Pros:

Great and spacious apartment, and super helpful staff (it’s a management company managing the units)

Cons:

Property is great. Just need to be mindful that it’s a private property / not managed by Ayana Residences or Resort, so you don’t get access to resorts facilities / pools as if you stayed at any of resort managed hotels. But you can use Ayana Residence’s own pool and facilities and go to any of the restaurants, bars at the resort.
