Pros:

L'emplacement est bien. Le monsieur du petit déjeuner est incroyable, et donne un service 5 etoiles. Merci !

Cons:

l'amabilité de la reception pourrait etre amélioré, Je pense que la propreté peut etre un peu mieux, j'ai eu des cheveux sur le mur de la douche tous le long de mon séjour.
Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre, quand on voyage pour le travail c'est un peu compliqué.
Beaucoup trop bruyant la nuit quand l'étage est bas, on dirait que les fenetres sont ouvertes.

立地は良く、室内は大変清潔で過ごしやすかったのに…
Pros:

私にとって立地は最高でした。駅からはやや距離はありますが、ほぼソウル滞在中はバス移動なので、とても便利なところです。
室内は大変きれいで、コーヒーマシンでおいしいコーヒーを飲めました。シャワーブースだけでしたが、水が室内にこぼれることもなく、水圧もしっかりありました。
空調は自分で設定でき、とても温かく、寒い時期でしたが寝るときに寒いこともなかったです。
ルームウエアはなく、バスローブはありました。
YouTubeがみられたのも良かったです。

ワンフロアに6部屋?程度でエレベーターの待ち時間なはなく、他の宿泊客とすれ違うこともなく、過ごしやすいホテルでした。

Cons:

一番コンパクトな部屋だったようですが、下層階だったため、窓からすぐ間隣のビルの壁しかみえず、日差しは全く入らなかっため、私には圧迫感が強くかなり苦しかった。口コミなどでわかっていたらこちらの部屋は選択しなかったです。

これまで泊まったソウルのホテルでは1番くらいに立地と清潔さでは過ごしやすかったのに、圧迫感のせいで残念さが上回ってしまいました。申し訳ないです…。窓から外が少しでも見えたら…また泊まりたいです。

Stanza super spaziosa e luminosa, ordinata, pulita e tutta nuova. Colazione essenziale ma ben rifornita. Palestra ben organizzata. Moto comoda la posizione anche per la navetta aeroporto.

大満足です！
Pros:

同じ立地のホテルと比べると価格が控えめで、あまり期待せず向かったのですが、広くて、写真通りのとても綺麗なお部屋でした！
洗面の水栓が機能せず、フロントに電話したらすぐに来てくれて直して頂きました。
スタッフの方は笑顔でとても対応が良かったです。
普段徒歩やバスで移動することが多いため、
立地も良く、とても便利でした！

The location is really good

Cons:

The staff were not helpful, I had 3 luggages and they didn’t offer to help, when I was leaving I asked help to put luggage in the taxi which they only very roughly dragged the suitcase to lift and sent me to another floor, quite disappointed as someone who visited so many times. Also there’s no doorman at the desk

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. I liked the most part of the hotel.

Cons:

The window is not soundproof. I could hear all the traffic noise during my stay. Also bathroom door was not easy to open

部屋に入るとフロントから電話で「部屋代の清算が終わってないからもう一度フロントに来てほしい」と
その時点で？？？
フロントに行くとBooking.comから連絡と違う金額を要求されたの、「よく調べてから回答して欲しい」と言い残して約束があるので出かけた
戻ってからフロントに行くと「ルームキーをロックしてます」ってどう言うこと？
全く理解できない

Bra läge då flygbussen stannar utanför. Trevlig och respektfull personal. Rent och rymliga rum.
