Pros:

El desayuno incluido fue simple, no había muchas opciones en el buffet; pero todo tenía muy buen sazón.
La calidad del servicio por parte de todo el personal fue excelente. Cuentan con un estacionamiento extra por si se llena el primero, pueda quedar en resguardo el vehículo.

Cons:

Le hace falta ventilación (circulación de aire) en general; sobre todo al piso 3 donde sólo hay una pequeña ventana en cada extremo del corredor (me pareció insuficiente). Las habitaciones no cuentan con ventanas que se puedan abrir.

Pros:

La comodidad y diseño perfectos. Habitaciones sencillas pero super comodas y modernas. Tienen aire acondicionado y el baño y regadera están muy modernos y bien diseñados. El room service fue muy rápido aun cuando solicité algo de cenar después de las 10pm. El personal muy amable y atento. Todo me pareció perfecto!

Cons:

Tal vez estaría bien poder tener tv smart para ver netflix o youtube pero eso es algo menor, todo lo demás está perfecto. No duden en hospedarse aquí, la zona súper accesible.

Experiencia gastronómica un poco frustante
Pros:

El trato del personal, sin excepción, todos fueron muy amables y empaticos, además de la limpieza que estuvo excelente!!

Cons:

Tal ves un poco la comida del desayuno, porque seria por costumbres de sabor, no nos gustó mucho que digamos, del trato del personal estuvo bien
