Deixou a desejar.
Pros:

A localização é muito boa. A casa é muito boa e os funcionários sao prestativos

Cons:

Carpet com cheiro de cigarro. Banheiros muito antigos e precários. Precisa de muitas melhorias. As toalhas eram muito ruins.

La ubicación. Me facilitaron un taxi al aeropuerto a muy buen precio.

Cons:

La puerta estaba cerrada al entrar y durante gran parte del dia. Tuve que esperar. Edificio muy antiguo con instalaciones muy antiguas y bastante sucio. Desayuno muy tarde, a partir de las 8. Sali a las 7,30 y no tuve posibilidad ni de tomar un café. El wifi desde la habitación no funcionaba bien.

La cercanía a las estaciones del metro. La tranquilidad en las habitaciones. La amabilidad del dueño así como del personal del comedor, en especial de Teresa.

Pros:

A habitação é muito espaçosa, com antesala e quarto bem confortáveis. Os recepcionistas são atenciosos e educados.
O hotel é muito bem localizado, na área central de Santiago.

Cons:

Nos tocó una habitación que daba a la calle y se escuchaba el ruido de los vehículos y de la música de un restaurante que estaba junto al hotel, pero se detuvo a una hora prudente, además estábamos muy cansados así que no hubo problema

Pros:

La ubicación ideal. Super accesible... y fácil para salir al aeropuerto que era mi caso. Muy bien la limpieza y la atención. También me resolvió un tema con el cargador del celu en el momento.pase una noche, en familia, cenamos en el restaurante del piso 7 que tiene linda carta y rico todo.

Cons:

El edificio es viejo, pero esta bien mantenido. faltaría mantenimiento de pintura... y esta en zona ruidosa. Pero luego denlas 23 ya esta mejor.
