Agradable y acogedor,muy bien ubicado
Pros:

Es un hotel con hermosas pinturas y antiguedades,es acogedor, limpio , agradable.Esta en un barrio rodeado de Cafetería y buenos restaurantes, además del paseo del cerro Santa Lucía

Cons:

Los tapices del sofá de la habitación un poco gastados y hay detalles de falta de cuidados,pintura, alfombras, pequeños detalles.

Ambiente clássico, boa localização, fica centro do Santiago

Cons:

Não sei qual tipo de máquina que hotel tem, mas a máquina deles não aceite teu cartão de crédito Mastercard, não aceita teu cartão internacional de Dollares (Mastercard), sendo minhas cartões são aceitados todos outros lugares no mundo, tenho que obrigatoriamente sacar peso chileno( paguei uma taxa de sacar) e pagar o valor com mais de 20% de acréscimo para hotel, higienização do quarto mais ou menos, nem oferece sabonete no última noite ficou sem sabonete, cama desconfortável, e tem um bar ao frente do hotel causa muito barulho até 3 horas de madrugada, ar condicionado é antigo e barulhento, não consigo ter um sono de qualidade durante minha 5 noites de estadia, no hora de check out, recepção inventou que eu consumir dois coca cola pra cobrar mais dinheiro, sendo frigobar deles só tem águas, e eu só peguei uma grande e pequeno, se eu não briguei com ele, ele já iria me superfaturar. Em resumo, péssimo experiência como esse hotel, serviço péssimo e ainda quer superfaturar clientes com motivos injustificados, eu extremamente não recomendo esse hotel para ninguém após essa péssima experiência!

Al principio nos recibió un empleado que nos quiso cobrar más que lo que correspondía por booking y eso es lo que nos cayó mal. No lo vimos más a ese empleado y los demás fueron super atentos y todo bien

La persona de recepción fue horrible la atención, el caballero 0 ganas de atender, no se veía la TV fue hablar con el recepcionista y me señala que él no ve TV, que mañana él podía atenderme.
El colchón estaba pasado a orina, hablé con el recepcionista y me dice que no podía hacer nada y me pasa un desodorante ambiental.
La puerta del baño no cerraba
