Pros:

Valerie at the front desk was the best! She fixed my online booking to fit our large family needs. She was very pleasant the entire process-giving us all the information needed. Valerie is the best front person for this hotel. The rest of staff we encountered were smiling, pleasant, and always working to keep the hotel clean and guests happy/satisfied with the facilities. Thank you!

Overall everything was great
Pros:

Staff was very attentive to our needs. And very friendly.

Cons:

Could have been a little cleaner. The sink was dirty and hair in the bathroom floors. But other than that everything was good.

Ahhhhhh, so nice!!!
Pros:

As usual, the hotel did not disappoint. It's very clean, the bed is quite comfortable, breakfast is delicious with lots of selections. I stay here every time I'm in Brenham!
