Well appointed rooms. Well maintained. Very courteous and helpful staff. Restaurant was great. Food was good. Room service was quick. Adequate parking spaces. Free Wifi limited to 2 devices. TV channels are limited. Special mention to Abdul and Logesh at the restaurant and Arovin at the reception. The doorman was a sweet and kind person.

Hotel at the right price point. Great service. People are very nice. Abdul and Lokesh at the restaurant are especially good in accommodating our special food needs. I am taking one star off because bathroom space is pretty tight.

Great location in the middle of the city, though a bit noisy during peak hours. Located about 15 minutes from the airport, with easy to find cabs/ hotel arranged taxi.

We came for an overnight layover, arriving past midnight and the staff were quick, courteous and patient to all requests. The rooms were clean and had all required amenities.

The breakfast was definitely the highlight - don't miss the pongal, vada and the filter coffee!

Best value for money option very close to the railway station. Nice service by the staff. Restaurant and food options are very good.

The room was a bit musty and there was a feeling of stale air.
However what would have been a terrible experience was instead changed to a fantastic display of customer-centricity by the helpful staff.
They not only helped us change to another larger room, but also treated us in an extra-special way, to make up for the bad introduction. The restaurant staff, the room service, in fact t the entire staff has been extremely warm and hospitable. Loved the king-size pampering !! A shout-out to Abdul who paid special attention to the senior citizens visiting the restaurant
