Wonderful and clean hotel, pleasant staff. Fantastic location.
Pros:

Breakfast was a great bonus and the all day tea/coffee was a delight as we could rest between walks and enjoy snowy scenery. Only downside is your double rooms have no external facing windows. I like to watch snow. Suggest you set up an external camera and project beautiful Susukino snowy street onto your TVs. TQ!

Cons:

Rooms without external windows. And that nothing was done to remove ice (3 ft from front hotel door) which was dangerous during the 7 days we were there. Not safe for guests.
