Breakfast was not good, not a lot of options
OK, could have had more variety. Muffins were good but stale.
toilet was positioned to close to wall, difficult to sit comfortably. It was a disability room and the bed was to high. It was very difficult to get in and out of. Especially into. The hair dryer was stored on the floor. Had to get down and pull it from back to front. You need a shelf for a hook for it.
Comfy bed, Pet friendly, nice pool and hot tub!!!
There were crushed Doritos and used cigarette butts on the stairs for our whole 6 night stay the housekeepers and staff just walked right over it every day, rooms were not as clean as I would have liked, breakfast was ok not that many choices!
The people were very friendly, but they didn't speak English very well, so it was hard to understand them.
The hotel needs a lot of fixing done. The doors wouldn't close well and some of the door knobs were falling off. Some of the lights didn't work and things like that. Wouldn't recommend staying there to anyone.
We had to pack up 3 days worth of stuff in our room after finding the beds/ nightstand/ walls covered in mold at 9:30 p.m. The room smelled so musty which is what led me to the mold. They did put us in a different room as we were four hours away from home with 2 small kids & it was late. The new room was dirty. There was an empty chip bag behind the nightstand, crumbs all over the floor. I requested a refund for that one night I was given the run around. A manager would be there in the morning to talk to me, then he would be in later that day so he’ll call me, no call. I call them, they’ll have the manager call me back. Again, two more times, no call. I called again and was told the manager is now out of the country for 3 weeks.
Our room smelled musty. Both mattresses were covered in visible mold. Either new sheets were put over the very visible mold, or the bed was made using previous sheets but assuming by how bad the stains were, they have been there for a while. The baseboards and the end table were also moldy. Despite my many efforts to speak with a manager, he is claimed to not be in, and will not return my calls.
The room was very spacious, and very clean
The shower- when the water came on and you were showering, some of the water came out onto the other side of the shower curtain, so the dry area of the floor was wet too, very slippery. It was not alot of water, just some by the corners of the shower curtain. Otherwise very Nice!
