Exceptional
Pros:

It was nearly perfect for us!
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent! We startet at the Ironman and because there where a couple of starters in the Hotel, they prepared Breakfast for us at 5 a.m. Thanks verry much!

Cons:

For me the pillow was to hard

Kite Festival hotel - closest high quality stay with very good dining.
Pros:

Plenty of food options at breakfast and dinner
Very nice buffet and pastries.
Good value dining with quality menus offerings (preordered).

Cons:

Early season staff challenges. Floor staff in dining room are new or not fully supervised for all the details- Not a Big deal... Probably rocking by summer business starting..

Thoroughly enjoyed it and it is in a lovely location
Pros:

staff very friendly and efficient. reception areas and pool also spacious and clean. room was very clean

Cons:

the room was not as the picture and it was a bit dark and smaller than expected. The bathroom, while very clean had some mould in the shower cubicle.
Breakfast was from 0730 to 1000 but if you arrived after 9, the selection was limited. Standard European buffet of cold meats, cake, yoghurts etc.

Cons:

This is not a 4 star hotel.
Staff at the front desk is friendly, speaks English, German and of course Italian. Breakfast is a catastrophe and the walls are of paper. My room was tiny, so was the balcony.
Okay, it's rather cheap but still far away from a 4 star hotel.

Where Italian families vacation
Pros:

It was a great location very close the the beach and directly across the street from an excellent gelateria. The pool and facilities were very comfortable. Our room was a bit small as a triple with a queen sized bed and a toddler bed for our 5 year old daughter. But the second triple room we booked for our friends was quite large. The shower was amazing! Excellent water pressure and it had the rain head that felt wonderful. Overall, we had a wonderful time in Pinarella and the nearby towns. It was so easy to get around with a car, but walk at night. Great little town where Italian families come to vacation.
