Pros:

Easy walking distance around Tokyo, affordable price

Cons:

The room was in poor condition, Water damage on walls and mildew in the bathroom. I did not realize that the shower/sink water was connected when booking, which ended up being a bit of an issue when one person is showering and the other person needs to wash their hands. There was a lot of wear and tear on the furniture as well.

Good for one night
Pros:

Great location and very friendly staff. The bathroom amenities were good, and the provided pajamas were a lovely touch

Cons:

Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work properly, and the room was quite cold during the night, which made it a bit uncomfortable

安いのでそれなりに…少しでも気になる方は他のホテルへ
Pros:

２泊したので受付の方に３人お会いしたが、みなさん丁寧に対応してくださりとても良かった。いろんなホテルと比較したが安い。７階角部屋だったせいかとても静か。

Cons:

他のレビュー通りホコリが溜まっていて不衛生。シャワーの水量が多いと排水口があふれてトイレの足元が水溜まりになる。

駅から近い

エアコンが効き辛くて寒かった。
風呂の湯を流したら排水口から逆流して足拭きマットがビショビショに成った。
