A short walk, from the town. Across the road from the beach. Adequate parking. Modern rooms.
Pros:

Room was light, clean and modern.

Cons:

Hand basin not in the bathroom but in the living area. A little too high for shorter people.

The motel side of our visit was exceptional but we were disappointed with the restaurant experience.
Pros:

Rob the owner was always very helpful with his ability to answer our queries regarding locations and directions to points of interest for us to visit. The cleanliness of the room was an absolutely exceptionally good factor.

Cons:

Whilst the restaurant is run as a seperate business from the motel we were disappointed with the experience we had with our one visit. The service was tardy at best, the standard of preparation of the meals was below par and we were disappointed with the overall experience.
