Pros:

朝食も美味しかったし、従業員の方も気さくで良い方たちでした！！
他の口コミで騒音に関する言及があったので心配してましたが全然気になりませんでした！部屋によるのかな？

Pros:

予約の時は朝食なし。とあったが実際はあった

Cons:

内鍵が閉まらない
歩行器なのに部屋まで朝食を運ばないといけない
入り口が狭い。変な坂、段差がある

良かったです

ホテルの入り口は分かりずらかったけど、駅にも近く
空港からのリムジンバスからも近く立地が良かった

Cons:

無料の朝食は嬉しいけど、パンの種類が2種だったので、
それならバターロール1種でバター、ジャム数種類の塗るのをetcある方が嬉しいです

立川にきたときはまた利用したい施設になりました！

最高！ 次にこちらに用事がある時も、迷わずこのホテルを選ぶ！
Pros:

駅や駐車場、コンビニ、飲食店、全てが近い場所にあってとても良かった。
チェックアウトを1時間延長したいと伝えたら、11時までは、無料だと言って貰えた。(最高)
朝も、パンやおにぎりを置いてくれてあり、自室に持ち帰って食べてもいいサービスがあった。(最初からの記載は無かったので、とても嬉しいサービス)

Cons:

良くないところは、ひとつも無かった。

Good location and Pleasant Stay
Pros:

The room size for 2 person is reasonable. They provide amenities, even bath sponge (at the reception area). There is free breakfast which you have to come to the reception area to collect. The spread is simple, some sushi, breads, cereal, instant corn soup powder, milk, orange juice, coffee, tea and there is a microwave.

Check in process was great, they are very helpful, friendly and always smiley.

The only thing is the pillow is a little flat and small to my liking but they have extra pillow which you can request at the counter.

Location is good, I can manage with a stroller. I would stay here again.

Cons:

Pillow too soft and small.

安定感
Pros:

何度か利用させて頂いてますので「今回も無料の朝食付きです」と丁寧に教えて頂きました。
お風呂＋トイレが新しくなっていて、ゆっくり足を伸ばして入れるのは贅沢でした。
枕も自分好みを利用できるので良かったです。

Cons:

立地とし便利な繁華街にあるので、避けられないとは思いますが、ホテル滞在者ではなく屋外の騒がしい時間滞や人がいて気になりました。
これは改善できると思ったのは、浴室の壁にマグネットで設置されているアメニティが外れて浴槽内に大きな音をたてて落ちましたので、大きなボトル3つの重さ、設置場所を変えることができると感じました。
