Pros:

Very good location. Easy to use grab to travel around Saigon.

Cons:

The buffet was meh. Out of the 7 days we stayed we only went twice.

Pros:

Super Lage, Bett bequem, aber Zimmer natürlich am Aufzug bekommen - sehr hellhörig. Frühstück gut, der Empfang ist wunderschön gestaltet.

Cons:

Wollte Nichtraucherzimmer, weil ich da echt empfindliche Nase habe und leicht Kopfschmerzen bekomme, hat bei mir aber gestunken nach altem Rauch. Bis ich am zweiten Tag draufgekommen bin warum... Ventilator/Absauger im Badezimmer war verdreckt (fast schwarz von Staub und Rauchpartikeln) und da hat sich auch der Rauch verfangen. Roomservice hat es zwar gleich sauber gemacht, aber das die selber nicht drauf achten... Viellecht könnte das Hotel konsequenter gegen seine Gäste vorgehen, wenn es halt mal verboten ist!, wie es am Anfang hiess... An der Rezeption kam die Aussage : "Wenn es jemand meldet, das es im z.B. Nachbarszimmer geraucht wird, rufen wir da an"...
Offensichtlich reicht es bei manchen Leuten nicht nur anzurufen...

Loved it, would book again. :)
Pros:

The residence is beautiful - the lobby and waiting areas are decorated nicely and the rooms we were very happy with. Staff were very lovely and willing to assist.

Cons:

The property was often a short Grab car away from major attractions which for us wasn’t a downside but some may find it so (we knew this while booking the hotel).

Cons:

Their sofa has yellow stained, no toilet paper in restroom. They clean your room everyday, but they don’t change the bed sheet (I know because same stained spot).

Location right next to a school, super noisy when school has event. It was noisy every morning til afternoon almost everyday I stayed there. If you need a quiet place, I don’t reccommend.

Not worth the price I paid. Looks fancy from outside but not the room. I won’t come back.

It was a pleasure stay there. I felt as if I was one of the locals
Pros:

I love the two front desk ladies. They were very nice, helpful and professional. The two different shift guys that help with opening the door and luggage’s are amazing! Always smiling and happy. I can’t forget to two ladies that clean my room as well. They did an awesome job with keep up with my room. For those 6 people that made my stay wonderful. I would definitely come back

The towels didn’t smell fresh. It had an old odor

Alles in allem war es ein guter Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage war toll, auch wenn es ein wenig weit weg vom Zentrum gelegen war, war es eine sehr ansprechende Gegend, Bushaltestellen sind um die Ecke, die Aussicht war toll. Der Kühlschrank war sehr sauber.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer hat es nach abgestandenem Zigarettenrauch gerochen, auch die Lobby des Gebäudes hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch.
Das Wasser in der Dusche ist nicht richtig abgeflossen, sodass das gesamte Bad nach dem Duschen unter Wasser stand.

Pros:

The staff were excellent, very kind and helpful. The location was great. The kids loved the pool (a little chilly for me!). Breakfast was good and the kitchen was very accomodating of dietaries. Beds were comfortable. We were there 4 nights, I would have liked to stay longer.

Cons:

I would have liked the room to be a bit cleaner, but it was fine. One of the airconditioners (out of 3) didn’t work properly, and some power points. The hot water was hit and miss, but it wasn’t a big deal. The bathroom floor was a bit slippery. Overall it was a great stay, these are small things.

Decent value apartment lacking a few touches
Pros:

Spacious and homely apartment located in a good area for exploring beyond the centre.

Cons:

Room wasn’t completely clean and breakfast was being served in swimming pool area due to renovations. Music in pool/ restaurant was quite annoying!

Pros:

The Đô Thành Residence is a good place to stay if you want some more space. We had a two-bedroom apartment, with two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and even a drying room. Plenty of space, there was also free washing machines and dryers in the basement which was very handy after much travelling. The location is out of the hustle and bustle but still within walking distance of restaurants and cafe's. They also had free wi-fi.

Cons:

The breakfast was average. Minimal al-a-carte choice's no full buffet and a small selection of fruit with only 1 drink per person, my children did find it difficult with the choices

Pros:

The manager Kevin and his staff were absolutely amazing. From the cleaning staff to the breakfast servers, everyone was so friendly and attentive. Our room was very roomy with lots of cupboard space.. everything we could wish for. Would definitely go back.. a home away from home. Loved it!!
