Pros:

The pool is clean!!! User friendly .

Front desk - customer service was amazing!! All so kind and smiling and accommodating.
Front door security guys are good looking and friendly!!

Cons:

Cleanliness. Not clean

I had to clean the bathroom myself.

Bathroom had mold. Its not good for the health.

A very comfortable stay
Pros:

I liked the location, the apartment was nice and cosy, just what we needed for a few days. I liked the balcony. The swimming pool was nice.

Wir waren schon letztes Jahr dort, aber leider ist die Qualität nicht besser geworden. Lage ist super.

Cons:

Leider nicht das freundlichste Personal, die Zimmer waren etwas heruntergekommen und es müsste an vielen Stellen mal renoviert werden. Leider war nicht wie bei Booking angegeben eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Diese wäre für unseren Aufenthalt mit Kind sehr praktisch gewesen. Stattdessen gibt es einen vollkommen übertrieben teuren Wäscheservice. Auf der Straße bekommt man eine ganze Wäscheladung für den selben Preis gewaschen, wie im Hotel für zwei T Shirts. Leider aktuell nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Für das fehlen der Waschmaschine gab es natürlich auch keine Entschuldigung oder Entschädigung...

Good quality and economical.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The first day there was a mix up regarding what was and wasn't included in the complimentary breakfast. It was in part due to language barriers. The management of the restaurant and the hotel went out of their way to rectify and remedy the situation.

Cons:

It is not in a touristy location but we were able to access all services we were interested in. Being off the beaten path the prices for services were very reasonable.
The pool area was also where people would go to have their coffee and smoke. This made it unappealing for us.

Pros:

Super Lage, Bett bequem, aber Zimmer natürlich am Aufzug bekommen - sehr hellhörig. Frühstück gut, der Empfang ist wunderschön gestaltet.

Cons:

Wollte Nichtraucherzimmer, weil ich da echt empfindliche Nase habe und leicht Kopfschmerzen bekomme, hat bei mir aber gestunken nach altem Rauch. Bis ich am zweiten Tag draufgekommen bin warum... Ventilator/Absauger im Badezimmer war verdreckt (fast schwarz von Staub und Rauchpartikeln) und da hat sich auch der Rauch verfangen. Roomservice hat es zwar gleich sauber gemacht, aber das die selber nicht drauf achten... Viellecht könnte das Hotel konsequenter gegen seine Gäste vorgehen, wenn es halt mal verboten ist!, wie es am Anfang hiess... An der Rezeption kam die Aussage : "Wenn es jemand meldet, das es im z.B. Nachbarszimmer geraucht wird, rufen wir da an"...
Offensichtlich reicht es bei manchen Leuten nicht nur anzurufen...

Pros:

The residence is beautiful - the lobby and waiting areas are decorated nicely and the rooms we were very happy with. Staff were very lovely and willing to assist.

Cons:

The property was often a short Grab car away from major attractions which for us wasn’t a downside but some may find it so (we knew this while booking the hotel).
