The Nice Hotel

Receptionisten behöver en charm kurs och lära sig service. Hotellet saknar luftkonditionering i samtliga allmänna utrymmen. Mycket varmt. Inget vattentryck i tvätthon eller duschen. En pina att tvätta sig eller duscha. Sängen bestod av två obekväma hårda enkelsängar som gick isär hela tiden. Buller från gatan utanför var verkligen påtagligt och hindrade nattsömnen.

Ok Nice hotel nearby the centre og Krabi. The room was big and and silence but it was a lot og ants there.

I will not recommend this hotel to all. We arrived at about 8pm to check-in. We were horrified when the hotel staff informed us that they did not have our booking and told us that we might got scammed. We booked via hotels.com and had prepaid. After much explaining to the hotel staff, finally managed to convinced her that our booking is legitimate. She checked and managed to find our booking via expedia.com. We got our room 404. When we opened the door, we were shocked to see a big lizard crawling on the floor. We managed to get a room change to 406. Overall, I will not recommend this hotel in Krabi.

Excellent choice for a short visit in the town.

Staff was friendly enough but hard to understand English. There was no English TV channels. Breakfast was ok set menu. Location good for downtown area and about 10 min walk to the river. Walked the river walk to the Thara Park and back about 2 hours but very nice alk.

Gut gelegen, Markets und Pier fussläufig zu erreichen, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, großes recht geschmackvolles Zimmer, Balkon, gute aircondition, sehr gute Matratze, tadelloses Bad, zum eher mittelmäßigen Frühstück leider kein Buffet, fairer Preis - da würde ich jederzeit wieder übernachten.

We stayed at The Nice Hotel and the place great and clean. It is located in walking distance to the Night Street Walking and very closed to the airport. The staff at the hotel were very professional and helpful.

This is the best hotel that I review because this is very peaceful and all you can go to this hotel with your families, friends ,and with other one I enjoyed a lot with solo one thanks to being my friend

the shower leaked water from behind the wall, it pooled on the floor and constantly dripped into the floor waste...I had to leave the bathroom door shut so the noise didn't drive me crazy...the staff were nice and offered a change of room....well within walking distance to town and the markets...

I just needed a decent, inexpensive place to sleep overnight in Krabi town to catch my flight out the next morning, and The Nice Hotel caught my attention when I checked out different hotels available through Agoda.com. So I decided to try it out and was delighted that it lived up to its name of being quite nice and clean, with a very comfortable bed as well as a spacious bedroom and bathroom with a good shower. The basic bedroom and bathroom amenities were all provided adequately. The price I got through Agoda.com for the room night was quite decent at around US$20 before tax. The hotel location is also quite convenient, just a short walk from the markets, restaurants, and shopping mall in the town centre. The 7-eleven is just right next door in case one needed to buy some snacks anytime.
The only thing that wasn't so nice was some tiny albeit harmless ants appearing from nowhere and crawling around the bedroom table and the bathroom sink. But that hardly bugged me!
Otherwise, I slept nicely as there was hardly any noise from the cars on the street where my room was facing. It turned quite quiet after 10 pm even though it was a Friday night.
The staff were also quite nice and friendly, and explained where I could go find some restaurants for dinner or go to the lively night market. The next morning, the receptionist also helped arranged my transport to Krabi airport. The car came within 15 minutes of booking and the ride from the hotel to airport took just another 20 minutes.

We arrived late night, just to stay over night. Rooms are great, comfrotable, airconed and give you a good night sleep. For any thing else we have not been long enough to try. But would recomend it for staying

Off season and not many guests, but rooms spotless and well appointed
Blackout blinds on windows, unusually good!
Only downside the tin roofs outside are deafening in the rain!
Would recommend as a short walk to town centre and riverside

booked a 3 person room, was relocated to a 2 person room with a crappy pull in bed for my third guest, i should have a had a normal bed... tey charged 50 baht for a extra towel .. one pillow each and 50 baht for a extra pillow ... memo to the owners those days are over to charge for basic things, dont live in the past and try to charge for little extras other hotels offer for free.....great staff so nice, policy not good very bad

The hotel, as the name says, is nice:)
Huge room, clean sheets and bathroom.
However there is a strange atmosphere here. For the while I thought that we are the only guests. It looks like somebody made a big effort to build it long time ago but does not want to spend more money for fixing it. In room there is clear sign with the prices in case of breakdowns for example for fridge !?!

The location is good. The receptionist was ok.
For breakfast you can choose 1 of 4 menu - some eggs, omelet etc.
For one night it is affordable place.

Não fique em Krabi Town. Reservamos este hotel por pensarmos na facilidade de ir para Phi Phi no dia seguinte. Não tem nada de fácil por lá. Não exitem taxis disponíveis. O local é muito feio, sujo e com cheiro ruim. Como chegamos de manhã cedo, pensamos em deixar as malas e pegar um taxi para aproveitar a praia de Ao Nang, voltar a noite e de manhã pegar o ferry para ir a Phi Phi. O que não imaginavamos é que não iriamos conseguir um taxi assim fácil. O hitel chama um taxi que chega depois de 45min.
Nós acabamos abandonando o hotel e fazendo uma nova reserva em Ao Nang. Existem ferries que saem de Ao Nang também e você consegue agendar direto pelo hotel que ficar.
