welp.. I got a basic tree house unit. There is a wear and tear sign in the unit. Broken pipe holder in the bathroom. Wear and tear on the kitchen cabinet.
The air condition got a leaking after a while.
The location is good. Easy to reach a lot of interesting places. The view is nice. I can see a whole area from the 31st floor. Sunrise in the morning is beautiful.
Next time, I prefer another unit from the picture. Not this one.

This property did not provide any free parking and cause some inconvenient to the customer, and the facilities is under broken condition which the landlord did not doing maintenance on this property for awhile
The service was poor, no aircon in the room, the toilet was not clean properly, and can’t flash the toilet, in fact I didn’t enjoy a bit
Aircond was not properly functioning, end up being hot whole night, bathroom heater was not working properly. Pillow was all flat.
View, fast internet and good air circulation indoor

The services is great but the toilet need to be maintain cleanliness and the security deposit return immediately once the visitor check out and it should be inform earlier Insya advance during the booking

NOT RECOMMENDED! Dirty toilet. Need to wait 20minute for staff coming check in No tv channel. NOT CLEAN water come out from refrigerator!

The toilet was not clean
booked a room at soho 1 and suddenly i got a studio room. im so disappointed with the room service. the floor is very oily, the equipments are dirty and the property doesnt look the same like in website.
You'll need to contact the owner to get the keys at check in as well as returning the keys on check out.
Everythings was great! Just the management slow when we are arrive to check in..the wont guide properly how to find the lobby.
I was booking for soho unit, and when i check, they told me they only have studio unit left, which is Expedia website issue. When i check in to the studio, the water heater is broken, the air cond controller is broken, and the room has no furnishing. They have not returned my deposit after i checked out. After 1 day only i asked them for it
No instructions or contact number reachable to attain the keys to this apartment/hotel... I was push around from one security guard to another who couldn't answer my questions... no one called to confirm my stay.... I need a refund because I never got to stay in this place... pls check property before advertising expedia.... I think u guys should be more responsible when advertising rooms for rent...
The unit is not like in the pictures. No proper check-in instruction is given and we had to wait more than half an hour as the place to check-in is not the same as given by Hotels.com. Parking rate RM1 per hour making it not worth staying here if you drive. Unit was just ok, no extra cable to plug in the TV (?!). We have to forgo the Unifi plugs in order to watch TV.
1. confirmation hotel was at SOHO 1, but when check in give us SOHO 2.waiting so long for check in.
2. get parking card only on 3rd day.
3. staff go into our room without inform or get approval from us, so terrible.
4. lots of baby cockroach in toilet, kitchen and cabinet.
5. kitchen cabinet are full of rubbish, empty boxes.....
So disappointed.
There was no electricity in the morning. The toilet hose faulty. Wifi password wasn’t given.
