We loved the staff at this property! Efficient, efficient of course!, and helpful with our English since they are talented with languages. The price was quite affordable compared to the city and the scenery was breathtaking.

Sehr schöner, gepflegter Gasthof mit gutem Restaurant und freundlichem Personal. Eine spätere Anreise als 18 h war nach tel. Absprache kein Problem, weil das Restaurant bis 21 h geöffnet ist. Einsam und ruhig gelegen, schon die Anfahrt von Furtwangen über kleine Bergsträßchen und erst recht die Abfahrt über eine andere Strecke bereiten viel Freude. Spektakuläre Aussicht vom nebenstehenden Turm über die Höhen des Schwarzwalds.

Beautiful place in the mountains. Really appreciated being asked if I wanted a second cup of coffee. Wifi was terrible. Good thing I had cash, or I wouldn't have been able to pay my bill!

Excellent. Very very beautiful. Worth the little bit out of town for the scenery. Have their own spiral stone lookout tower. Great for viewing surrounding area from above. We gather its perfect for hikers and cross country skiers. Several trails in the area. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. Very good coffee. For quiet travelers.

we stayed for two days. The room was very good with a nice terrace over viewing mountains and a beautiful sunset. The mattress needed changing, and the cleaning of the room was poor. They did´nt sweep the floor under our stay. The wi-Fi connection was more or less none existence.
Nice hosts and a very good restaurant. Would love to stay there again.

Perfekt für einen Kurz Urlaub, einfach sehr schön

Ein schöner Berggasthof mit Hotel.Mitten im Wald auf 1150m Höhe.Sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter.Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.Und sind mit schönen Holzmöbeln ausgestattet.Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terasse.Man kann wandern es gibt viele Wege.Der richtige Ort zum Entspannen,es ist sehr ruhig und vom Aussichtsturm hat man eine gute Sicht.Das Abendessen war sehr gut.Selbstgemachte Ravioli und Roulade.Auch das Frühstücksbuffett war super.Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr aufmerksam und fragte immer wieder nach,ob wir noch etwas wünschten.Man kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.Gerne wieder.
